That's what you can only call it - terrified. there are no tablecloths on the tables, the cutlery is on paper napkins!... naturally, there is not a large selection of pasta and some meatballs..... but oh well, we understand that the latter. Waiters in dirty, wrinkled T-shirts clear the tables. to our request to bring another clean device, it kicked the watermelon peel with its foot, as if it wanted to score the ball into the goal and, muttering something, passed by. In general, a day without an incident in this hotel did not pass, although we arrived with a company and were ready not to pay attention to anything. but I had to. the next day, the manager, toli canteen, toli vacationers snatched from her husband's hands a glass with orange juice squeezed into it, shouting that these oranges need to be eaten! and if you want juice, then go to the paid counter and they will make juice for you there for 1 dollar. But sorry, my child cannot eat oranges and what I eat or drink with them....is my business, isn't it ? We tried to tell him this - no one listened to us, pulled the glass out of his hands and carried away-KASHMAR! Another incident in the dining room - at dinner we take a table in a convenient place, put plates of food, the waiter runs up and shouts that there is a reserve....to the question where is it written? or why exactly here - we get the answer - I said. the husband could not stand it and said, but I said that we would eat here (we have 2 children 5 and 13 years old). not embarrassed by the children, the waiter snatches our plates and puts them on the TABLE OF DIRTY DISHES!... I'm in shock! The little one is about to cry! The guard walks around and looks at what the tourists are doing wrong....roofing felts are taking out food, then they are squeezing juices - but attention in the dining room ! ! EVERY FIFTH plate is CLEAN! to choose dishes for your family, you need to move a good mountain..... and most often you still need to bring a stack of plates, they simply aren’t there... you are waiting for them to take them out of the sink! as a result - as we did not choose clean plates, my husband still had an upset. Passed the analysis on arrival - salmonellosis!
ROOM - we got a large and comfortable room. Above the restaurant, next to the pool. BUT! We were given 2 towels for 4 people. they called the reception and said what they heard the answer)) dear, you already got good rooms, and you also ask for towels)). and in general the towels will be on Monday. (We stopped by on Saturday evening). On Monday, of course, I demanded towels from the maid, but the fact remains! )) The rooms seem to be updated, but somehow superficially. the floor is terrible, creaky cleaning in the room consisted in filling the pastels AND EVERYTHING! sand, empty eggplants from water, no one noticed for 7 days. The towels were never changed! even the foot towel turned black on the third day - I threw it under the sink - there it lay to the end. So people don't throw towels on the floor - it won't help! ))

TERRITORY - the hotel is large and this green mountain is annoying! we were lucky that we lived in the middle of the hotel, but it took 10 minutes to get to the sea (from the hill), but to return - all 20 minutes (uphill). earlier there was a so-called phoniculer....but it did not work, it was abandoned and overgrown with grass. rising each time from the sea, we felt sorry for the people who lived even further away and who had to rise each time from the sea and from the dining room and from the water slides.
SEA - the sea was clean and the only thing that pleased us. though sunbeds were occupied at 8.00 in the morning, otherwise you will be left without them. moved away - the sea is cleaner there than on the beach of 3 hotels. yes there are stones, but it was worth it!
ANIMATION - in principle, they tried, but not many remembered. Lesha, a girl from the miniclub and the chief animator. and such a team was not felt.
BARS - there is the same problem as in the dining room - there is Pepsi, no whiskey, there is whiskey, no Pepsi)) (figuratively) either the beer is over, then the airan, then the glasses))
The POOL is large but not properly cleaned. sometimes you swim and between your fingers you feel someone else's hair. As a result, the elder arrived with a sore ear. I thought I caught a cold under the air conditioner, but no ((the doctor said that it was a fungus !!!
HOLIDAYS - 98% Russians + 1.5% Ukrainians, Belarusians, Kazakhs + 0.5% local Turks (for whom, as it turned out later, that table in the canteen was reserved). The fact that others are not expected here, signs near the pools say, near the bars and in the dining room. All signs are written ONLY in Russian.
In general, the hotel pulls no more than 3 * (I rest 8 times in Turkey and have something to compare with). But I will not recommend it even for 3 * - do not spoil your nerves or health!
