We arrived at the hotel at half 12 at night, because there were no tickets for another flight and there were the only ones (two of us) to check in. Boshka was horribly buzzing from a long journey (it took 2.5 hours to get from the airport) and from a bunch of children on the plane. They put 30 bucks for a better room (they gave 239 a room with an extra room, where there was a sofa of old youth, a bed and a small table). They took a safe (2 bucks a day + a deposit of 10 bucks, which will be returned if you keep the receipt), which, in fact, as it turned out, was not even in sight (!!!!!!! ), because any of their electronic safe opens by dialing 000000 , which turned out when it broke down with us and the driver of the truck carrying the suitcases opened it with a look of "how everyone got it. " Then a man came, took the chumodans and rolled up the hill, frankly speaking, it was difficult at first in such a climate. He did not demand any tips and, on the contrary, sought to leave as quickly as possible.
Number.
I was in a 3-storey building on the third floor in the very distance.

One of the biggest "-" was that the roof after 12 days was so hot that no air conditioner helped, because it was the last floor and the heat was like in a steam room. The air conditioner lived its own life, sometimes it even refused to turn on or worked like a fan and nothing else. Although the peasant came after numerous requests, the air conditioner worked properly for about an hour, then he began to behave as before. At first, by the way, the condo turned off after some time of operation, the top panel was opened and there was a switch on the right. We went to the neighbors in the same house, number 232 (2nd floor), their air conditioner worked properly, but next to their balcony there was a tree and a palm tree very close, and once sitting at night they saw a huge rat running along the tree after cicadas.
Moreover, she ran half a meter away from me, but since she is used to living creatures, my boyfriend, who was sitting a little further away and let's shake a branch, got scared, from which a bunch of cicadas rushed to our balcony, everyone rushed into the room, and several cicadas crashed in a collision in the air.
The balcony was large and with a roof, but close up without trees and any living creatures. It was attended by 2 shabby old plastic chairs and the same small stool, apparently it was considered a table.
There were simply no chairs in the other two rooms(!!!!! ), but there was a small table like a coffee table...which apparently implied this function. 2 sockets-1 near the mirror in the room and the other in the bathroom. For some reason, the floor in the rooms was tiled and there was a small rug. There were a lot of light switches everywhere...so many that apparently most of them served the insidious role of confusing them.
Bath
Regular bathroom with shower.
The peculiarity of the toilet was that if you flush it 1 time, then for the second time the water will be drawn in for a very long time. There was a hole in the shower and usually the river came out of it onto the bathroom floor. On all appeals at the expense of the shower at the reception, no action followed. There was always liquid soap in two containers - next to the sink and in the shower.
Location
The hotel itself is located very close to the city of Alanya (8 km) and the village of Kanakla (3 km). There you can buy souvenirs, clothes and fruits. In both directions, you can safely take a dolmush (the bus runs every 5 minutes, the fare is $ 2). The city can also be reached free of charge on the service bus, which runs from the green hill reception 4-5 times a day back and forth.
The house where our room was located was very convenient:

On the one hand close to the dining room, bar and pool, on the other a little away from the main night noise and bustle. One of the main "+" was a wonderful view of the sea and from the windows and from the balcony.
Nutrition
The only tasty thing was imported bread and buns (in the morning) from the bakery every day, as well as strawberry, apricot, cherry jam and honey.
And sometimes 2 grandmothers sat and baked cakes - that was a meal.
All dishes were prepared in general from the same products. Fried herring was sometimes given from fish, but it was not tasty like the bulk of everything. Greens and salads feel like they were dead, there was a taste of some kind of dried herb. From the side dish, you could only eat rice ...they even managed to spoil the potatoes. I have never eaten such terrible tasteless melons and watermelons in my life. The apples were sour and looked worse than ours near Moscow. The only thing on which we diverted our souls was making freshly squeezed orange juice of our own preparation.
Drinks were always diluted drinks like Jupi, bottled water with a strange taste, terrible coffee from vending machines, tea, Pepsi, Sprite, Mirinda, diluted white and red wine.
You could only drink tea, Pepsi, Sprite. The rest, especially the alcohol, was just terrible, although for such a hotel this is not surprising.
All the Russians in the hotel looked forward to lunch and dinner, a crowd gathered at the entrance in advance, and as soon as the doors were opened, a queue formed for something no less edible. If you came an hour later, then it was difficult to find something more normal edible.
There were always 2 soups, the names were different, but for some reason the taste was the same inedible.
Service
The waiters worked accurately, everything was immediately cleaned. The Turks were treated well, with the exception of those who were at the reception. Animation was weak, in principle, for such a hotel is quite enough.

They cleaned well and made swans on the beds only the first 2 days, regardless of the tip. The floor in the rooms and the balcony were not cleaned. On the balcony, the floor was strewn with scraps from a rusting old air conditioner until the end of our stay. Towels were changed regularly (they checked specially on the tags put crosses with a pen). The girl offering massage in the bath was very annoying, she simply did not let me pass by.
At the reception, the guys did not really move on any issue. It felt like we were being ignored.
Swimming pool
On the territory of 2 pools:
1 near the dining room, animators usually light up there and the depth is 1.6 meters.
The second one is located higher on the mountain, there are much fewer people there, there are 3 slides, they are turned on from 3-5 days. The depth is about the same as the first one.
The water in both is slightly chlorinated, it is refilled every evening. Accordingly, you cannot swim there in the evening.
Beach
One for two hotels Green hill and Kemal bay, small, after 10 in the morning you can’t push through, but next to it there is Pascha bay beach and a wild one where you can swim without problems. There are more waves, but the bottom is worse, but not everywhere. They were cleaned regularly, but there were always gobies on the beach, polyethylene floated a couple of times.
Insurance
We went together (a couple of 22 years old), on the second day my boyfriend got sick (the temperature was 39.3 and he walked with difficulty, chatted). In short, we decided to go to the doctor for insurance. We came to the reception and called. They reacted quickly ...in 10 minutes a car came for us (Fiat with air conditioning). I must say there is no doctor in the hotel, there is only a nurse in the neighboring Kemal Bay hotel, who does not understand either Russian or English. We arrived at a polyclinic in a neighboring village (3 km), at first they filled out paperwork for insurance, then a Russian-speaking doctor came, diagnosed tanzivit (sore throat), but the guy had a chronic one and his throat didn’t hurt at all.

He didn’t care about our arguments, we tell him to listen at least to the lungs, he refused. Has registered an antibiotic, febrifuge and an injection with an antibiotic. The next day, the situation repeated itself, but the temperature rose to 40. We went a second time (we were also identified there), through the insurance company they made sure that he would listen to the lungs, by this time it was already difficult for the guy to take a full breath, they asked the insurance company to take a chest x-ray to make sure there is no pneumonia. In short, they agreed on antibiotic injections 2 times a day until the end of the rest, then a strong deep cough appeared, in Moscow it turned out for 1 day in a regular clinic that it was bronchitis.
In short, DON'T BE SICK PEOPLE!
Tours
Due to illness, we didn’t really get anywhere, we went to Alanya in the evening for a couple of hours for souvenirs.
And also on a ship along the coast in the morning from a Caucasian company for $ 25 for 5 hours, including drinks-Pepsi, mirinda, water and dinner - pasta salad (cucumber tomatoes), chicken kebab. There were many stops for swimming and jumping off the rocks, whoever wanted to, the tape recorder in 3 languages informed about the passing beauties. But it seemed to us still delayed, the guys worked out the money for all 100, another plus was that there were 2 times fewer people on our ship than on the rest of the same ones. There were a lot of similar ships and a traffic jam formed in one place, it was funny)))). At first they wanted to go on 2 other excursions from the same company, whose office is located across the road from the hotel through the underpass, but naturally they couldn’t because of illness, the tickets had already been paid, the guys (Tolik and Vovchik) returned all the money without question, no holding nothing but that, they treated me to green tea and gave herbs (St. John's wort and something else) to brew with them.

Souvenirs
If you decide to buy sweets, then it’s better not to take beautiful cardboard boxes, because they have more cardboard inside than sweets. Look for shops selling various spices, sweets and teas next to the Alanya market (located next to the mosque and the stop where dolmush will bring you) on a street parallel to the sea. There you can try and buy what you like, and it will be much tastier)). If you buy more than one item, ask for a discount)) It's good to buy a company, then save a lot)

To sum up: The sign of the hotel says 5 stars. Of course, he does not pull on them, justifies a slightly large beautiful area with various wild trees and flowers. On the way to the transfer there and back, we stopped at other hotels in Alanya. Such a garden has never been seen before. Feeding and friendliness of the reception could be better (in three stars in Europe, the food was much more varied and tastier). Everything else is tolerable.
In the rest, the main thing is the company! ))). The second time I will not go, better less, but better in Europe.
Have a good rest and mood! )))
