I read the reviews about the hotel and just freaked out with horror. . . I've been looking forward to this vacation for so long. BUT!! ! Apparently those who wrote bad reviews about the hotel simply NEVER rested in the Krasnodar Territory or in the Crimea. We really liked the hotel itself, and the staff, and the kitchen, and especially the bathhouse!!! ! The masseurs are just a miracle (special thanks to Larisa for talking like a massage for both me and my husband !!! ) For only $ 40, we changed our heavenly room to a sea above the restaurant with an AWESOME sea view !!! ! The rooms were just huge, the balcony was at least 17 sq. m. The neighbors were settled only in the last 2 days, otherwise you could walk naked on the balcony : -)) As for food: it seems that at home everyone eats black caviar on top of sturgeon, and they drink it all down expensive cognac. Regarding the unfriendly staff: LIKE YOU TO PEOPLE, SO PEOPLE TO YOU!! ! Everyone smiled at us and blew the dust off us. Room service was at its best: towels were changed so often that we just didn’t have time to get them dirty, floors were washed every day, all kinds of charms were folded from blankets every day - AND THIS IS NOT PAYING THE cherished DOLLAR !! ! The territory is huge, beautiful, green. Irritated only by the inhabitants (forgive me kongechno) of Ukraine. Well, you don’t like holidays in Turkey - relax in your Crimea, Evpatoria, etc. Expensive ?? ? Then don't show off. You have three days to Turkey on reindeer. In general, the hotel certainly does not pull on 5. But 4 is sure. Advice for seniors on the floors: listen to complaints right away !! ! There are not many of them and they can be eliminated. In general, those who do not go to the sea to eat and measure the room around the perimeter with a pedometer - WELCOME TO THIS HOTEL !! ! And another tip: it is better to buy souvenirs and other things not in Alanya, but in Konakli (only 2 km from the hotel, 1 dollar per person for dolmush). There are fewer people and cheaper. And if all the same Alanya - then go deep into the city. They do not speak Russian, there are no price tags in dollars and euros. Locals buy goods there - the quality is better there, and the prices are lower.
