Hello. We stayed for 9 nights with a 3 year old. The first unpleasant moment, we arrived at the hotel at about 9 am (flying on a night flight, the child did not sleep), paid 20 bucks for a good room and quickly (check-in after 2 pm) As a result, we were "fed with promises" and asked to come back in an hour five times. The heat is terrible, the sea is hot, there are only fans at the reception. The child is exhausted and so are we. So until 14.00 we were not settled and at exactly 14.00 there was no one at the reception, everyone evaporated. At half past three I caught a girl from the reception on the territory, asked for a number, referring to a small child. settled us in the "excellent" room 102. The location is good, right by the sea. But the room is damp, dark, the air conditioner did not work, the drain in the toilet did not work, there was a fungus in the shower and the drain was clogged, the water was in the bathroom, which was impossible to enter. Fungus and mold on the walls near the beds. But what “finished off” me most of all was the bed linen, which was not replaced after the people, but simply neatly laid out. The bed is dirty, damp, stained, there is hair on the pillows. They asked us to change the bed, and fix everything that does not work. The guy came, replaced one pillowcase, hit the toilet flush button with his fist (by the way, then he earned it) and left. Nobody else came. We began to ask for another number, a revision came, they checked, they said that the number would be changed and they gave number 925 on the highest mountain. (it was already at 9 pm). There were no other numbers. This room was good, relatively new, with a beautiful view, it was not difficult for us to walk up and down the mountain, it's better than living in a hole. They put us a folding bed, since there is one double bed, they cleaned it every day (took out the trash, wiped the floor in the bathroom). The bed was not changed, towels only once.
Food. It was problematic to feed the child, especially at breakfast, he does not eat milk and eggs, the rest is not very edible. Lunch and dinner - tolerable, but you need to come earlier.
Everything else was good, the sea, the animation, the pool. The territory is beautiful, many flowers, trees, fabulously beautiful.

We ourselves went to Alanya and Konakli, went to the road, got on the bus and went : )
If you do not pay attention to the food and not very clean dining room - everything else is fine : )
