I have never read other people's hotel reviews before, but then I decided that I still need to share my impressions myself in order to warn other vacationers about what awaits them.
Good day!
Let's start with the fact that the LARISSA LARISSA HILL BEACH 5 * hotel, as it is indicated everywhere, is a five-star hotel, but, unfortunately, it does not even pull for a three. All claims against the operator (bought through Pegasus) were swept aside by the fact that this is the desire of the hotel to position itself as a top five. This is where the claim to the operators begins. to all operators. All of them (Pegasus, Anex, Tui, Coral, etc. ) are selling like a five-star hotel, and it is they who must (their duty) warn their tourists that this is far from being the case. But in fact, they are interested in FRAUDING their customers, just to sell the tour and at least earn something.

Now, regarding the hotel itself, more precisely, all the tourists immediately attached the name shit hotel to it. Therefore, I will start everything in order about the shit.
1. Everything was great with the transfer and this is probably the only great experience. As soon as we got off the bus in front of the hotel lobby, everything became clear immediately. Even the appearance from the street of the entrance to the hall was already alarming. We go inside and the scribe. There has not been a repair there for 20 years. The sofas are all in such a state that, at first glance, they are also 20 years old, they have not been washed, not cleaned, and sitting on them is quite dangerous. Yes, and at a second glance, everything was gloomy.
2. Territory govnotel not small and with descents and ascents. Therefore, from the reception to the room they drove in a small truck in the back of this truck, on which both people and suitcases fly during the ride. It's a whole attraction. The only plus of the hotel is the green area, but you can die uphill while you climb from the beach to the dining room. When there was a funicular, but of course it does not work.
3. Number. This is also a huge f. . . pa, not a number. Repairs have not been done there since commissioning. The furniture is so-so, no complaints. As they say, come down. But doors, windows and a bathroom are exactly F... PA !! ! Windows and doors somehow open and close. Floors - street tiles. The TV is small, small and not flat, but it seems that it was taken through a time machine. In the bathroom, the plumbing is in such a state that it's scary to touch it. And now attention! As it turned out, salt water comes out of the tap too. Those. and bathe, and brush your teeth with salt water !! ! PI... C !! ! How is this even possible?? ? Yes, and in a five-star hotel! It's also scary to go out on the balcony. It looks like it's about to collapse! There is a frame for the mirror in the corridor, but there is no mirror itself!

4. Cleaning in the room. For 10 days of rest, the room was never cleaned, never changed the linen! Moreover, upon arrival in the toilet near the trash can, I found ash from cigarettes (I don’t smoke) and this ashes lay all 10 days. These rooms are never cleaned!
5. Asking the reception for something is useless. Toilet paper was asked several times at the reception to bring it to the room, but until he himself caught the lord of the paper, who the hell would bring it.
6. Wi-Fi is free only at the reception and is of such quality that even text messages in whatsapp are sent for 10-15 minutes. I no longer speak for photos or audio messages. There is paid Wi-Fi on site. It costs 4 dollars a day, but it is not everywhere. For 10 days - $ 40, it's cool. Special "thank you" to representatives of tour operators who could help tourists in this matter and offer them local sim cards (10-15 dollars), but why the hell do they need it ?? ? Representatives have only one goal - to sell (or rather stuff) excursions to tourists, and not to help them.
7. Dining room. Dining room because it is difficult to call it a restaurant. The food is so monotonous that the menu has not changed almost every day. All the time the same. You can only eat vegetables. Watermelons and melons are so tasteless that I was very surprised. Meat only chicken. Therefore, as the meat (minced meat) that is served, it is not possible to eat at all. For all 10 days, once for dinner they fried some kind of fish and once like lamb cutlets. It was edible. There is no children's menu at all. Fruits include edible tangerines, pears and apples. Beer tastes good, but water. Wine is not drinkable. Local alcoholic beverages are generally full of fear. All drinks (alcohol, drinks, hot drinks) are poured only into disposable dishes. P…Ts!!!
8. The beach is more or less normal. There is sand, there is a pier. Shelves are ok.
9. In addition to the dining room in other places (all sorts of bars), it is generally impossible to eat.
10. Animation. It looks like it's in the 90s. It was enough to see it all once. Evening animation boiled down to convincing vacationers to go to some club in Alanya.

11. And now two "funny" stories. On the first night at one in the morning, through a dream, I hear that someone is turning the key in the door lock. I jump up and run to the door. The door opens and a young couple with suitcases tries to enter the room. They explain that they were given the keys to this room and told to check in. Of course, I answered them a little rudely (sincerely apologize to them, I was sleepy) and sent them to the reception. The next day I found the deputy director of the shitter and asked him to explain himself. Naturally, he could not explain anything. I offered him an apology to give us free Wi-Fi, but they had a million explanations why he couldn't. And in the following days. When we crossed paths with him on the territory, he did not even say hello. Although, as the head of the hotel, he is simply obliged to greet all the guests.
12. And finally. The day before departure (in the evening) we ordered a truck to help transport the suitcases from the room to the reception. Departure at 6 am. Therefore, we ordered at 5:45 to submit to our room. And, as you might expect, at 5:45 there was no car. They ran on their own. But, as it turned out, at the reception they mixed up the number from which we had to be picked up. Now imagine a picture. At 5:45 a. m. the driver knocks on the room (someone else's). A young man opens the door and they tell him that he is urgently leaving and that he must run to the bus. This young man in shorts runs to the reception and proves that he has to live in the hotel for two more days. While sorted out, the mood of two families was spoiled.
From all this, the conclusion is: the hotel is shit, there is no management at all.
