The hotel is definitely not five stars, we realized this when we just went into the hall, it’s very hot, there are no air conditioners, three fans on the ceiling, like in Soviet times, they didn’t settle right away, although there was no queue, we had to pay some money so that the room was “normal” (didn’t flow water in the toilet, the room was locked with a key, etc. since half of the rooms in greenhill have similar problems), 80% of people are disappointed, the price does not match the quality, the service is weak, rude, there is nothing to eat in the dining room !! ! NEVER thought that in 5 stars this could happen, it turns out everything happens for the first time! Chicken is served twice a week, in the dining room this is the highest dish, just the same delicacy! Fruit apples and melon! ALL! Once the oranges are half rotten! There are not enough sun loungers on the beach, they are uncomfortable without mattresses. Arriving for the first time in a bar (handelik), they realized that there was a scribe here too, there was no talk of vodka, beer and wine, but there was still gin, cola, fanta sprite, that's all! The staff behaves as if you didn’t come to rest, but they drive around the hotel after 21:00 until the morning left local cars with Turks drunk in their arms, they haven’t seen this anywhere, I hope we won’t see it, if only three stars, then somehow you could get distracted by the sea, it's really cool!! ! Ride a parachute, travel on excursions, which we did. The guide from TEZ-TOUR began to be rude when people at the first meeting were almost all indignant, he said: that your eyes saw what you were buying, in short, like a gypsy! The hotel area in general is beautiful, but apparently not well-groomed! In short, the DIRECTORS OF THE HOTEL REMOVE THE CREAM TO THE FULL! The hotel urgently needs to be transferred to 3 stars MAXIMUM!!!!
