We were at the Green Life 4 * hotel in Alanya (Kestel) in early June for 14 days. Bought for a low price of a four and that the hotel is new. Arrived late in the evening, settled in a good room. Two days later they turned off the water, moved to a worse room. This is how they treat tourists in this hotel. It's just that our number was needed for others. It turned out that the owner of the hotel is not a Turk, Roma is sitting at the reception, his brother, the administrator is also someone's brother. The staff does not work well, everywhere is dirty, especially in the restaurant. At night, all coolers are turned off, there is no water or coffee, and foreign citizens are brazenly sent to the market. There was a lack of toilet paper in the rooms, they put shower gel in the bathroom, there was no shampoo. The restaurant also does not have enough places for tourists, they do not cook the food themselves, they bring it and heat it in an electric cabinet. Can you imagine what kind of food it is? Disgusting! LINE for food every day, nothing changes. Drinks were not consumed, but everyone said that everything was diluted and of poor quality. Rudeness at the reception is a brand of the hotel. The animation is disgusting. For lunch, and sometimes for dinner, we went to cafes in the center of Alanya. We didn’t go to breakfast at all, we’ll eat boiled eggs at home. There was not enough tea for everyone, napkins and salt shakers too. VERY greedy hotel owner!! ! In the market, they should sell Chinese sneakers, and not run a hotel in Turkey !!!
I saw such a scene, someone was being cut on the veranda of the restaurant, the hair was black all over the floor, and the tourists were sitting eating, the waiters ran to sweep, some kind of horror...
The beach is not bad, but nearby the river flows into the sea from the mountains, the water is cold, there was a fee on Cleopatra beach, the water is warm and there are no such waves.

The most important thing is that there is no free Wi-Fi in the lobby, only for dollars and it is not clear at what rate.
Audibility in the rooms is 100%, you can hear the animation in the room, you don’t even need to go out. There are no pros at all, only cons.
