We rested with almost the whole family - with my mother, brother and husband. It was our first trip abroad (except for my husband).
Accordingly, the first impression is the strongest. And, alas, negative.
We chose hotels, no one offered us this one, but a friend who was vacationing there suggested it. We took our word for it, we did not look at the reviews specifically for this hotel, and this will be a good lesson forever.
1. Of all the hotels we passed while we were being driven from the airport (we were the last on the route), ours was the only one who was not interested in the newfangled habits of measuring the temperature at the entrance and such trifles. During our stay, we somehow saw that the temperature of those entering our hotel was measured, but globally they don’t fool around at all.

2. The building is new, the repair walls are quite solid, I won’t say anything here. Compared with Ukraine, in general, a fairy tale. An interesting layout of the building, a lot of stairs and passages, a lot of open space and air. But. The building forms an inner courtyard, in which there is a swimming pool and a booth with speakers. The speakers almost never turn off, the volume goes off scale. We were settled immediately on the shady side, with windows overlooking this very courtyard. If you are lucky in the same way, consider that you will live like at the station. The noise is incredible (dryts-tyts refrigerator, chivauva, Yura Shatunov, Hands up, Leningrad and Turkish languid songs), you won’t go to bed early, you won’t rest during the day either.
If rest for you is peace and quiet, you definitely do not come here. The request to be transferred to a room with windows on the other side, we decided through the guide for a day, although even on our floor there were vacant rooms with those leaving. The result - they transferred to another building, to the other side, the sunny side, above the kitchen (appropriate aromas), one room under the roof, warm to the point of madness))). The music is quieter, but at the end of the rest, it again became very audible in our rooms, the volume was turned up to the limit, those who complained, like us, were transferred to other rooms or hotels, who were lucky. But not sleeping for a week made itself felt - it was already almost purple.
3. The kitchen and dining room was a revelation for me. Firstly, in the dining room there is no opportunity to wash hands before or after eating. Well, you can survive it, although it is more than strange for me, okay, maybe it is not customary to wash your hands in Turkish hotels. God bless him with covid, pathogenic bacteriology and virology are not filled with only one. But the fact that children (and adults as well) can easily dig into the food at the distribution, take it with their hands and put it back is already good, no one controls it. In the dining room (neither indoors, nor on the open terrace) there is not a single net or sticky tape - all the food on the distribution and in your plates is planted with flies, there are an incredible amount of them.
The dishes are not fried, they are served just wet. Once or twice we came across warm plates and once cups. Either they washed in hot water, or they still have a dry-heat cabinet, but they almost never use it. All clean cutlery and plates are just wet. Not always sufficiently washed after the last meal. Especially forks with traces of lipstick or food leftovers from a vulgar time - make up an appetite at a time. We preferred to just take a set of cutlery and pour boiling water over it in the room, since there is a kettle there. And bring your own. For "all of America grew up in these jeans. "

Never understood bad reviews about food. Well, I’m eating food, not eating, we don’t have a cult of food in our family, we don’t drink alcohol at all, therefore I won’t say about its quality and quantity. But the menu, anyway, during our stay was hell. We are moderate people. If you do not like (or do not eat for health reasons) fatty, very fatty, stale and re-cooked - again, you are not here. It doesn’t matter to me that there is a huge assortment of expensive food, I personally don’t eat much and don’t like (and I can’t really consume, the gastrointestinal tract rebels) fatty food, you just don’t choose anything for yourself, there is no more neutral, lean and fatter food option for lovers of hardcore.
The assortment is the same from day to day - a lot of fried vegetables, and what was not eaten last time - crumbles smaller and turns into stew. It was complete game for us to meet meat from a barbecue on skewers (it was once during our stay there, it’s impossible to confuse it) every other day in meat stew - treacherous pieces of meat pierced with a skewer are more eloquent than 1000 words, like Rafaelki... Well, the next day - but a day later, it's overkill. Sweet in the end became like European cakes and biscuits. Most of the time it is a cake soaked in supersaturated sugar syrup and something starchy - like jelly, only starch as a thickener, sometimes with a soapy taste. In general, on the whole, I’m even grateful, it was almost a fast that I don’t observe at home, but here there was no direct alternative. And yes, there are a lot of smokers on the terrace, if you don’t like to sit in a lilac haze, it’s not a fact that you will be lucky to eat outdoors.
4. Air conditioners, without which there is no way in the heat. Available in every room. Fungus - is in every air conditioner. Uncovered and very visible, no one even bothered to treat the air conditioners with something antifungal before the start of the season, it literally falls out of there (at least in those four rooms where we were before and after the resettlement). If you want to sleep in the cool - breathe the fungus, get healthy.
5. Sea. Moaning that it is far away is nonsense, if everything is fine with your legs, you will reach it in 5-7 minutes. This is not the first line, but the sea is nearby, it can be seen from the windows of the room. You can go to it along the banks of the local river Dimchay through a very green and beautiful park area. But. If you wanted a warm sea, you will not see it because of this mountain river. It dilutes the sea very much and you will swim in striped water, fresh river water does not mix with sea water, and you can guess how warm the sea is from the warm stripes. And about how cold the mountain rivers are - you will also understand from the icy stripes. In their August heat, this was not always pleasant.

I did not believe that there is a warm sea in the world where you can swim, like in a bath - I did not see it. Bathed in the usual cold. Only the sea, unlike the Black Sea, is clean, and the water is completely different, soft, does not corrode. If the sea is calm - you can see the stripes - they do not mix and are visually distinguishable due to the difference in the angle of refraction - it looks like tea with sugar, both solutions are transparent, and you can see both tea and sugar in it. There will be no mixing
If you want a warm sea, you either need to go to the center to Cleopatra Beach (we didn’t go, only with a tour), or try to cross the river, it is not wide, but the current near the sea is strong. It cost us a drowned phone and a cold, from +40 to +15 locals can dive, by the way, they swim there despite the prohibition sign. The water is cold and very clean.
6. Guide - a separate issue. No refunds will be given for early cancellations. Go, girl, with a temperature - you will be ventilated, why should you sit in the room, the air is fresher there (c). If you don’t want to, don’t go, but I won’t return the money, no matter what the ticket says about the return. It's not about the money, we'll survive. And in a very original attitude towards the guests. Especially during the global coronacrisis panic, the offer with a temperature to shuffle somewhere with other people on the bus was amused.
It’s a shame that we didn’t want to save on vacation and go, but cheaper, or relax, as in the worst case in Ukraine - only more expensive in Turkey. And that's exactly what happened. Impressions are very ambiguous and negative. And recaptured from Turkey. Summing up - if you are not bothered by noise, din and unsanitary conditions in the kitchen - you can go. The hotel is a little cheaper and, in our opinion, is more of a transshipment base where you can leave your things, even spending the night there is uncomfortable, if you are not an owl, of course. This is definitely not a place for quality rest.

And the staff is good - the hotel is gloomy, the owner clearly does not respect his guests and employees, and the people you see every day on the floors, the reception desk or the kitchen are pleasant, smiling and helpful. They are just trying. And very tired - there is no change of cooks in the kitchen, the waiters are the same, the cleaners too. The organization is abysmal from the start. From obsessive - only massage (the massage itself is good, the masters are trying), the hammam will follow you until you go there at least once.
