We rested as a couple from May 11, we chose a budget hotel because we understood that the weather was not very good for swimming in the sea, we expected to travel around Alanya, see the sights, so we chose green paradise. The hotel is a 5-10 minute bus ride to Alanya. We arrived in Antalya at 5 in the morning, arrived at the hotel at 7, at the reception they said that check-in was from 14:00, but they would try to check in earlier when the chief came, they sent us for breakfast. When we returned after breakfast at the reception, a Russian-speaking woman approached us and said that the hotel was full, and we had paid for an economy room without a balcony, she said that the owner of the hotel offers in this case to move us to another hotel that belongs to him, 5 stars, on the first line without surcharges with a free transfer (according to her, a very good hotel), this alerted us, so we were asked to read the reviews (the Internet is only paid in the hotel, and you can buy only after checking in), after reading the reviews, but they were very bad, we refused. They offered to pay extra so that we could be settled faster, all the staff refused, they said that they would do everything in their power, but they would not take the money. Closer to 10 am, our check-in began, we were given an economy room (the tour was taken at TPG for $ 350 for two for 7 days), we did not count on super quality, but it was something, it was impossible to enter the room because of the musty smell, smell dampness and sewage, my husband became ill. We went to the reception and told the situation, gave a neighboring room, in which they filled everything with chemistry so that it didn’t stink so much, it already felt bad for me here. They gave a third room, in another building, already with a balcony, a view of the pool, this is the best thing that could be, no smell (although sometimes it still was), the room is small, the furniture is old, the bed is not big, the TV set is generally miniature, as well as shower. Cleaning was every day, towels changed every 2 days, bedding 1 time in 2 days. The hotel has a beautiful territory, the beach is the first line, sand with pebbles, there are not enough sunbeds on the pool, not all sunbeds with umbrellas on the beach. The restaurant is open on the beach, a very beautiful view, it is a pleasure to eat. The restaurant has plenty of food, lobster, crabs, etc. of course not for that kind of money, there was almost no fruit either, with the exception of oranges and apples, but varied lunches and dinners, standard breakfasts (fried eggs, pancakes, vegetables, etc. ). At the bar, strong alcoholic drinks are poured as you ask, if you ask them to pour more, they will pour 30 grams, in a restaurant, they pour almost with a measure, no more than 40 grams. Water can be drawn from the cooler into a bottle, no one makes any comments. The hotel does not have beach towels, even with a deposit, so you need to take your own or buy on the spot. The hotel guests are mostly citizens of the Russian Federation and Germany.
Pros: very caring staff, varied food, beautiful well-groomed territory, free hammam (at a certain time).
Cons: paid, expensive internet that works more or less in the lobby, paid safe, smell in the room.
