We stayed at this hotel from 4 to 13 September 2013. Start over.
1. We flew with UTair-Ukraine. Takeoff, landing - all at the highest level.
2. Tour operator Anex Tour. The transfer to the hotel is excellent. There was a small bus, surprisingly we were not tired during the transfer.
3. Placement:
We arrived at the hotel at 10:00 and already at 11:00 (even a little earlier) we were already settled in the room...
The room we got was just great with a view of the Relax-pool. Everything in the room worked properly, the air conditioning did not buzz, the shower did not flow.
The cleaning of the room suited us. . . We always left $1 for the cleaning lady. Such a sweet woman. . . Kind and sociable. . .
Infrastructure: the whole territory of the hotel is immersed in greenery. It feels like I really got into the tropics... Close to the sea, there were always enough sunbeds. In the evenings, cactus flowers bloom beautifully.
Staff: very responsive and friendly. Communication took place in Russian-English-Turkish. The waiters are always cheerful. Plates are not snatched out from under the nose. They love children very much... They lisp with them, take pictures. Moms don't have to worry. Children love them. The bartenders are also good. . . They are not rude, they are not greedy. . .
The food in the dining room is excellent. There were never any queues, there were enough places for everyone. Large selection of dishes. Lots of desserts. FROM fruits were apples, melons, watermelons, plums, grapes. In the morning, scrambled eggs or scrambled eggs always alternate. In the evening, always either fish or grilled chicken. Chicken chops, liver, beef. Large selection of salads. . . Baking is simply divine, everything is so airy.
Animation: the guys are working at 100% They entertain the whole day... The show is repeated every week... Evening animation, of course, is vulgar in places. During the day, water aerobics, water polo, volleyball, archery, darts are held...
There are few young people in the hotel, which is a huge plus... Mostly elderly people and families with children... Of the nationalities were: Russians, Ukrainians, Poles, Germans, Czechs, Bosnians.
In general, we are 1000% satisfied with the rest. My daughter said that next year only here.
