We arrived at night, we drove from the Airport for about two hours. At the reception, we were met by a "slowed down" boy who was looking for the key to our room for about thirty minutes. Then several more employees came to help him... the key was never found....and they offered we were settling in two rooms....instead of one (Femeli)... we did not become indignant, as we were very tired and wanted to shower and sleep faster. But....one room was cleaned....but in the second had clear traces of residence....but we did not change any linen or towels. The next day we went to the reception about the room, asked to wait until dinner. . . At two o'clock in the afternoon, we finally moved, but the room was not cleaned. towels and mopped the floor. ALL!!! ! I’ll write about the cleaning right away... the floor was washed every day, except for the last two (we were 13 nights), the towels were changed after the request....on the NINTH day....and the bed linen - never !!! )))... you won't stay hungry. . . various. . . chicken, fish, vegetables. Watermelon, oranges from fruits. Delicious hot chocolate. Dishes are clean. There are almost always tablecloths on the tables.
Beach... sand... then, as well as along the entire line, stones and again sand . . be careful with stones.
We came with children, so we often swam with them in the pool... personally, I did not notice any spitting or debris there. The slide is open one hour a day from 10 to 11 in the morning.

A guy named Tarzan is responsible for the music on the territory of the hotel. It depends on the mood. It seems that he does not refuse guests their wishes to turn on the music... but for all 13 days I did not understand his schedule. Our air conditioners worked perfectly. There was always water. Everything worked))).
When we left, ironically, we were escorted by the same boy that he met... for a long time I could not find our lunchbox))))... it's good that we arrived 20 minutes before departure. In general, everything worked out.
I can say for sure that I won’t go to this hotel anymore because of the dirt in the rooms. No one even thinks about cleaning the sink, toilet bowl, dusting the tables. Washing the floor on the balcony, only on request.
But in general, the hotel corresponds to its C grade. The sea is three minutes walk. Shops, bars nearby. Vouchers for excursions can be taken here from Akhmetushka, as he calls himself, a very friendly, polite boy. There is a hammam, we didn’t go there, so I can’t comment on it in any way. The main sea !! ! Warm, clean, quiet!
