Good day to all! I decided to add my own review of this hotel.
At one time, when the question arose about the vacation, after asking friends, I stopped at this hotel - Hedef Cleopatra Goldensan. Went to Turkey for the first time. I read the reviews, got inspired (especially about the food reviews, because I was traveling with a child (! ), I thought - let three stars, but we are not capricious, the reviews seem to be normal, we just need the sea-sun-tan and relax. I did not plan excursions, super purchases too. So everything (according to the reviews of the givers) suited me.
We took off on July 3.2010 from Dmodedovo, ak Transaero. They flew great. Representatives of Lagina Travel met and brought to the hotel also well, there were no problems. And then the fun began!

Guide Ksenia took us to the hotel, helped fill out the paperwork and said that in 5 minutes we would be settled, and left. My child (7 years old) and I sat for more than 5 minutes and no one paid attention to us, okay, I think
whether people are busy) Then the administrator came, they called me to the reception desk and said, pointing to some other uncle - He will take you. He takes the suitcase and leaves the hotel, the child and I follow him. At first I thought we were settled in a building across the road A, B, C, D, but it was not there. The uncle scratched not to the left, but to the right, having passed 400 meters, he went into a completely different hotel (where no one at the reception speaks Russian). I look at this action with bulging eyes and quietly go nuts, because it’s hot on the street, three hours of flight + 2 hours on the bus, somehow they don’t greatly contribute to the activity of my brain. I tell them that this is not going to work. They pulled out a Russian girl and she explained that there were no rooms in Goldensan and we were settled here for a couple of days (Aydin Hotel). We went up to the room, where really when you go in you immediately get into the toilet, since the door is opposite the entrance and half a meter between them, the uncle tried to turn on the air conditioner,
it didn’t work from the remote control, he opened something with his hand there, said Okay and left. The condo didn't work. I'm in shock, the child is in shock. I go to Hedef and say that this will not work. I came to this hotel and would like to stay here, that in the hotel where I was sent the air conditioner does not work and the room is tiny. The uncle called me there, they quickly moved me to a bigger room, where everything worked. Well, Ok, I think, I’ll wash it for a couple of days and tolerate it, but I’ll talk with a representative. Here my child is in tears, because he also understands that they did not live there. In general, after our representative spoke with the hotel administrator, they promised to move us to a good room and give us a safe for free.
As I found out later, people who came after me were settled in Hedef, though with scandals, but they settled. One I probably did not scandal, but it would be necessary! For 2 days we kind of turned around at the Aydin hotel. It's not even a hotel, but a type of apartments, or something. Came on the 5th at 11 am in Hedef,

we were reluctantly given a room in building D, a free safe (only a fotik will fit there) and a free hammam (bath) is not completely true, but only a sauna and foam massage, but with a black sheep.......
Now about the room - two large rooms (like a family room) in one room there were 2 beds, a nightstand, and a TV stand with the TV itself. From it is the entrance to the SU, it has a toilet bowl, a sink and just a drain in the floor (not even a tray) for a shower, well, the shower hose itself)). The second room has a balcony, two beds, a bedside table, a wardrobe, a dressing table with a mirror and air conditioning. That is, in one room there is no air conditioning, but there is a TV, in the other it's the other way around. We watched TV in the passage between the rooms. if a family lived there, then in a room where there is no air conditioning, I don’t know how they would live there, the stuffiness is impossible. And the air conditioner that hung in the other room did not cool the room to such an extent, it blew only on the bed where we slept. I didn’t have the strength to demand something and replace it. The room was cleaned every day, towels,
hotels, a promenade with palm trees, a playground (to the right if you walk from the hotel along the promenade), if you go along the beach towards the city center, there is a very beautiful park with fountains, shops (but we didn’t find anything worthwhile in them), restaurants and so on crap.
We didn’t take excursions, because you don’t really travel with a child, and it’s HEAT !!! ! The girl (we met at the hotel) went to Pamukala (took an excursion from Dzhemal (I also read reviews) 20 dollars plus you need to take 20 with you to swim in the Cleopatra pool. In fact, it turned out that 20 is for the entrance to the pool, and to swim another 17 "The girl was shocked by such robbery and disinformation. Yes, and they were taken on a bus where it was uncomfortable to sit, bringing along the road either to the onyx or to the textile factory, which no one needed and only exhausted the tourists. She arrived later and said that such an excursion from Dzhemal did not rest on her anywhere and was very sorry.

that Jemal is already just a brand and nothing more, the guy cheats.
Now about food. I don’t know where those who wrote that the food is varied and the choice is rich looked. Someone here wrote that the choice of buns is large. Well, yes, there were some round buns, others in the form of curls and pies, some sprinkled with sesame seeds, others not....BUT they are all without filling and from the same dough, the shape is only different and that's it. Someone wrote that there was fish, yes there was, and every day, only very cheap and bony, a couple of times there was mackerel, it could still be eaten. And once they gave tuna. And about the dish consisting of stewed potatoes, carrots, tomatoes and this fish mixed with bones, I just keep quiet. It was scary to watch, not what it is. For breakfast, they really gave hard-boiled eggs, when scrambled eggs, when pancakes (not ice, I tell you), donuts were fried every day, but also not ah, but you can eat. They have a choice of different jams and liquid halva. Sausages and cheeses only for breakfast,
but sausages either from soybeans, or from toilet paper, I took the type of Adyghe cheese, since it did not stink of a goat. By the way, they often have goat-flavored food: (((((Yogrutas are sour, but they can be filled with jam with pieces of fruit. My child refused to eat it for a cut, just like muesli and breakfast cereals. Since the humidity is high, they they absorb it and become rubber. But people took it and ate it. Coffee from the coffee machine tasted like coffee from 3 in 1 bags, but not grain or at least normal instant. We took green tea bags with lemon and mint. Here it is really delicious. For lunch and dinner there was always spaghetti and potatoes, like in a rustic way, but she often whiffed like a goat or something akin to this smell. Once they gave mashed potatoes - it was a holiday!! ! Several times they gave chicken liver, but it's kind of stewed it turns out and does not look very appetizing, but you can eat.
Plain chocolate and light biscuit soaked in syrup and cut into small squares. Where it is sprinkled with nuts on top, where with coconut. There was something like a cookie and a roll, but everything is also soaked in syrup and is not very tasty, since the taste is almost the same. There was also a type of chocolate and some kind of pink, then green, then yellow milk jelly. Everything is also cut into small squares. That's all. My child vomited from Yuppi's water, after which, on the 5th day of our stay, he refused to eat for a cut. Since it’s not tasty, I don’t like it, I want cutlets and go home - I quote. Usually children seem to like everything, but here.......I was shocked. The child does not eat, I am nervous, because the prospect that the child may vomit again did not smile at me. I tried to shove it into him, which was safe for him, but he practically didn’t eat it either (((((Of course, I didn’t expect such a turn. But what they wrote here about feeding, that everything is right duper - super, for slaughter,

I did not see. Of course, if you pile a mountain of pasta on a plate, pour everything with ketchup, then the pig will be torn apart, of course, but the choice is not so wide, my friend and I put on a little, since there was no choice and there was no hunting in the heat. Although there were those who put a mountain of omelet + 4 eggs + a mountain of vegetables on another plate, bread. And this is for everyone. We observed a couple of such a family. Then of course you will be full from such an amount of protein))) In general, there are a lot of those who took plates, piled on mountains, as if they were eating for the last time in their lives!
We also observed one company that seems to be from Belarus (the guy is definitely from there) that spent all the time at the chlorinated pool, they have never been at sea at all, pumping up beer, throwing children into the pool and jumping there with them, telling others tourists about foam parties on a yacht, trips to the aukvapark (I quote),
all this was accompanied by bright gestures of arms and legs in different directions and the words - What's up? and me here fse nrauvitstsa! ! Penns in, and tynts tynts..... Of course you will like it))) in the morning beer in the evening beer in the afternoon beer, then of course there will be buns and soybeans will seem like meat and the staff will simply become friends.
In general, I never wanted to go home as much as this time. And indeed now I understand those who write that you will soon crow from the chicken and want borscht. He really wants! Since it seems like you are going to another country, you want to try real national cuisine, and don’t understand what kind of gruel. The only thing I can note is the hard labor of the waiters, it’s really like bees when they sleep is simply unknown.
I also want to note that I was not the only one who was given a ride with the settlement, there were many scandals while I was there. So think gentlemen, but I'm in Hedef Cleopatra Goldensan more than a foot, and even to Turkey more than a foot!
