The first acquaintance with the administration at the reception: now 13.50 - another 10 minutes before the end of lunch, if you are hungry, you can eat before check-in. Enjoyed the lunch very much. After dinner, having invested 10 USD in documents, we immediately received the key to the room in block "B", after noticing that we needed one double bed, they immediately provided another room in block "A". The main thing is to immediately inspect all the details of the room and check everything: within 15 minutes, they eliminated the shortcomings with the TV remote control, lighting, shower attachment. Having received a comment about the operation of the air conditioner while we were absent from the room for a maximum of 3 hours, the service adjusted it without our presence. It was not a pity to give a tip. Now think for yourself these are pluses or minuses - I attribute all these details to pluses! And then a full-fledged vacation began where I didn’t see any minuses at all: excellent excursions from Jamalla (arranged by his colleague Adam) to a Turkish bath, walks on a yacht during the day and a night walk-disco on the high seas. Everyone was satisfied. The guys at the reception are great at the hotel, the bar service is good, I liked the pool and especially the small slide near it. Special thanks to the guys who service the dishes while eating and, of course, the chefs !! ! Everything is just SUPER!! ! You have to see how quickly everything is done: the dishes are arranged, the dishes are cleaned and the staff is so friendly! Go and you will never regret. The food is varied, a lot of peppery dishes of Turkish cuisine, you can find for everyone for different tastes. I really liked the shawarma (twice a week), chicken and fish (every day), sweets and fruits are delicious especially for dinner (it is advisable to come at the beginning), milk (every morning)... As for alcohol: the degree is not ours for vodka and "Raki", red wine looks like homemade from a barrel with sourness (I liked white more), I don't like gin but I drank it for a change, beer tastes like an inexpensive light one. Taking several times a gentleman's set of vodka + beer for a snack in the evening, I was pleased! The weather is warm (during the day +32, at night at 1.00 +28, in the morning at 5.00 +24 C), the heat is well tolerated, the tan is taken quickly. Room service was made almost every day for a tip of 1 USD or 1 lira. TIPS: 1) pay for a visa in euros (it was more profitable for us than in dollars), change the currency in the city after settling (the exchange rate of the lira is 1.54 per USD or 2.24 per Euro and without commissions for the minimum amount). When changing at the airport, the commission starts from five lira if the amount is less than 100 USD (1.36 USD exchange rate) or 50 euros (2.01 EUR exchange rate). 2) On the first day, immediately go to the Turkish bath "Harem Hamam" through a local agency for 40 USD two people receive a full service within 3 hours (delivery, procedures) - the tan will be super. 3) Do not look for flaws, but rest with a positive and everything will be fine !!!
