Hi, vacationers : ) A month ago, my husband and I spent a week at the Hedef Kleopatra Goldensun hotel and are ready to tell the whole truth about it : ) dust in the corner and will enthusiastically talk about the ruined vacation to all their friends, not to unfriendly tourists who feel good even in a barn - there would be a roof over their heads. But more about everything.

Room: Twenty dollars prudently invested in the passport did their job - my husband and I were settled in a spacious “three-ruble note” room in a quiet building across the street from the main one. The balcony overlooked the sea on one side and the mountains on the other. The situation turned out to be quite decent: the air conditioner worked, the TV regularly showed three Russian channels, there were no interruptions in hot water.

We didn’t suffer from street noise either: after eleven, all the music in the hotel turned off, so that you could safely go to bed. There were no cases of theft, which Crimean boarding houses often sin, but we nevertheless rented an iron safe located in our room for insurance (7 days - $15).

Cleaning: Cleaned every day, and without reminders. A couple of times, as an experiment, they left a tip for the maid, but, to be honest, they didn’t notice much difference, except for the towels rolled up in a shell. But the linen was not changed for us for a week. And free shampoos-gels-creams in the bathroom are also not provided here, so do not be too lazy to pack a cosmetic bag with you.

Food: As in all of Turkey, there is a big problem with meat: all sausages and sausages are soy, pork and beef are not given - only fish and chicken (for reference: a kilogram of pork costs $ 80 in Turkey! ).
There were a lot of stewed vegetables and fresh salads, cheeses, tortillas, but with fruits, too, somehow not so hot: only apples, grapefruit cut into slices and small unripe apricots were given in our race. Everything else: peaches, cherries, melons - we bought at a street stall near the Aladdin Hotel. I also don’t advise you to lean on local free juices, because there is absolutely nothing natural in them: they are all something like Cevita or Yuppi diluted from a bag. But beer and white wine are quite decent.

Beach: The beach is really excellent, made of pure and coarse Egyptian sand, which Mark Antony once brought specially for his beloved Cleopatra on forty ships (yes, the queen often visited this area). Sun loungers, umbrellas are paid and drinks at the bar are paid, there is a shower and a toilet.

Territory, animation, entertainment: On the territory there are two small pools (one even with a slide), located in the basement of the main building of self-made hamams, two leather shops (and what about without them? ) and two game tables - billiard and tennis. The latter turned out to be free, so we bought a couple of rackets at a nearby stall and spent more than one evening playing. Another of our finds was free Wi-Fi in the lobby of the main building (the password is posted on the bulletin board), so take laptops and netbooks with you - you will write home to moms and dads : ) Contrary to several reviews where people complain about the lack of animation, in our race it was - however, it was intended for children and consisted of endless dances to "aram-zam-zam", but the children were happy.

Location: This is where we should have started. Location is the main plus of this hotel.
A minute walk to the sea, two - to your own beach, 12 - to the city center, and the road goes all the way through cozy cafes, clothing stores and souvenir shops. Moreover, the street on which it stands is quite quiet and, importantly, far from the mosque (when you hear their chants broadcast through the loudspeaker, you will understand why this is important : )

Contingent: Seventy percent are fellow Slavs and another 30 are Germans. Well, a couple of Turks who decided to relax by the sea for the weekend.

This concludes my already lengthy review. If you have any questions - write, I will be happy to answer.
