Check-in: We arrived at half 7 in the morning, immediately settled in the room, had breakfast and went to bed after a long journey)

Room: Quite clean, the bed is large (two connected), there are stains on the sheet and some towels, it feels like everything is clean, but these stains are not washed off. For a week, they never changed the bedding, once we just took off the slips ourselves (we left and it’s not clear whether they put on clean clothes for us, or the same ones ???? )
Hairdryer, TV (Turkish channels all), refrigerator all work well.
There were also small bottles with shampoos, solid soap. On the last day when we were leaving, they decided to bring us one bottle of body gel??? ? It’s good that I took everything with me, otherwise it’s expensive to buy everything there.
There are not enough disposable slippers, because the floor is supposed to be near the bed or a little under it is still dirty, sand / hair ????

There is a balcony, a small dryer (very convenient to dry swimwear, towels)
We were on the 2nd floor.
And downstairs next to the hotel there is supposedly a cafe a la local casino. And they played dominoes there, they sit playing from 11-12 in the afternoon until 2-3 at night. Those who are highly sensitive to sounds will be very unpleasant. The soundproofing in the room is not bad though.
Wi-fi is free, but catches in certain places (each floor has its own wi-fi. Near the pool area, at the reception as well)

Food: Huge minus just for that. All week it was the same. If the first two or three days it is still normal, the rest is simply impossible??? ? . There were some fish twice in a week. All food is bland and tasteless. Salads in general should not be eaten there, they are all sour as if they were missing and it is not clear what they are made of, ugly simple. What you had for lunch will be the same for dinner, just add some new ingredient and like a "new" dish. Soups were not eaten, but each time there were tomato-tomato soups (lentils, or some kind of pasta floated there).
I had to take clean rice, fish or nuggets, and just a regular salad with cucumbers and tomatoes with a lettuce leaf (terrible cutting). Of fruits, only apples, oranges, grapes (a couple of times), watermelon and melon. But, midges or flies always flew near them, because the room where to eat was open. Don't expect something sweet at all, it's stupidly not there.
For breakfast, boiled eggs, dirty terribly everything. Some incomprehensible omelet with missing bell peppers. All kinds of cheeses (also not very good at all), cereals and milk, and all sorts of disposable plum butter, nutella, jams. DAILY ONE AND THE SAME.

Bar: Fanta, sprite, cola. Some cocktails (alco / without alcohol, dofig syrup and sprite) and everything seemed to be like there was still beer. There is also a cafe on site, which is paid, but we did not eat anything there.
Tea and coffee are not good either.

Pool: The pool area is excellent, the water in the pool itself is always clean, in the mornings they saw how they clean it. The slide is turned on in time.
Sun loungers, umbrellas are available.
Every day they asked about the hammam, but each time they told us two more days, two more days, they didn’t fix it. As a result, we left without visiting ???????????

Beach / Sea: Literally 3-5 minutes from the hotel through the underpass (behind the Lemon cafe) The sea is clean, salty. Where there are more people, you need to go there to swim, because in other places there are huge stones on which you can slip + strong waves.
Sunbeds 5-6pcs from the hotel and you yourself carry an umbrella back and forth???????????
There are a lot of sunbeds on the beach, but this is from other hotels, you can also stay like that for an extra charge. pay of course.
As the travel agent promised us that there would be a bar on the beach, it is not there. From this hotel??? ? The rest have.

Service: At the reception, a Russian-speaking guy Erwin, as well as the manager Umit knows Russian well, if there are any questions about the hotel, then contact him.
Guide Irek, I really liked coming on the day when you just settled in, answering any of your questions, changing your money for lira. It will tell you which buses you can take to get to the place you need. He will offer tours for excursions (were on ships, I really liked it for $ 50 per person) I know that there are cheaper ones, but they don’t answer for your safety and don’t really feed you if you swim for 4-5 hours.

If you leave the hotel and go straight, and then to the right behind the stop there are ATMs where you can cash out money from cards.
In Mahmutlar, streets and shops of the same type are quite similar, which we climbed in two days and then we were very bored)
Therefore, I had to go to Alanya itself a couple of times.
