Recently returned from this hotel. The hotel is really good, of course, not 5 *, quite a good 4 *. Territory, food, some other points do not pull on 5, I will dwell on them later. While about the pros:
- excellent service! We were in Turkey for the 14th time, we rested mainly in hotels with a star above, but such service is rare even for some 5! The waiters are always there, if the table is not set - just ask, everything will be done in 5 seconds. They are very driven there by senior staff who are in the hall all the time. The bartender at the pool bar is just a juggler! He makes a show out of each order, and everything is very fast, without delaying the queue.
- you can almost always find free sunbeds both by the pool and by the sea, despite the fact that the practice of taking up sunbeds with towels has not bypassed this hotel either. Occupied mostly after 9 am.

- wonderful evening animation! We really enjoyed even the sketch show. And from the play "Snow White and the 7 Dwarfs" in general, the bellies were torn.
- really very clean everywhere, otherwise there would not be so many German guests.
- large swimming pool, enough space for everyone.
Now for the cons:
- Only one room key is issued. This is so you don't leave the air conditioner on when you leave. We absolutely did not need it, the second key was needed solely for convenience. Go to the reception after checking in, ask for a Russian-speaking employee, just don't advertise - they are not allowed to do this. The safe in the room is paid, for the first time we encountered this.
- food: nobody left hungry. Only the savings were felt in everything: in the very season there were practically no strawberries (1 time in 8 days), meat was mainly what was cheaper: chicken and turkey, salads were mixed from the leftovers from dinner, juices like "just add water", fresh orange 2 euros, the most tasteless baklava that we tried in Turkey, powdered mashed potatoes. In fairness, I note - I have never eaten such a delicious grilled chicken. Recommend!
- the air conditioning was turned off at night, apparently due to the fact that it was not particularly hot at night with an open balcony. BUT! More on this in the next paragraph.

- THE BIGGEST MINUS OF THIS HOTEL IS RESERVATION FOR RUSSIAN (I can't call it another way). Exclusively our compatriots are accommodated in the most uncomfortable rooms - the attic, where no air conditioner saves from the heat; a view of the road, where cars are noisy and at 4 in the morning the mullah wakes up with his prayer from the nearest mosque; and - the hit of this hotel - rooms with a view of the neighboring hotel "Sapphire". The whole wall of Arikanda goes to the same wall of Sapphire, the distance between the walls of the hotels is 15-20 meters. The sea will be visible if you lean over the railing strongly. But the constant view from the room of the wall with balconies of the neighboring hotel is not the worst thing. The fact is that under the windows between the hotels there is a utility block of the restaurant, with a compressor, an extractor fan, a constant hum and smells. In the morning (at 6 o'clock) the trash bins arrive, the unloading of garbage begins with a roar, which lasts for 20 minutes. Twice during our rest we woke up (at 5 in the morning) from the suffocating exhaust gas that filled the room. Of course, the balconies are open, the air conditioning is turned off at night. This, apparently, was something pumped out in the household yard, possibly liquid waste, but the stench of diesel fuel was incredible.
Yes, I forgot to add that when we checked in, they gave us a room right above the hood, we went to change and negotiate. At first there was just a refusal - there were no free rooms, then half an hour later they offered a room on the same side, only much further from the hood. Despite the promise of a big tip, the manager at the reception could not do anything else ((( I had to agree to the lesser of two evils. With what surprise then we noticed that only Russian speakers live in our wing !! ! After talking with our vacationers, with Russian animators, concluded: uncomfortable rooms are filled only with our compatriots! Germans, Dutch, Poles and other guests from the eurozone are white people, and we are with you (((. . . And it is especially unpleasant that this is the policy of the hotel's chief manager, that is discrimination at the highest level! Yes, we have previously met in other hotels disdain for Russian speakers - let's say, a waiter serves Germans, and you are invisible to him. But this was neglect at the lowest level (service), which you can and should fight, but here we are faced with such an attitude towards your passport that. . .
If someone had written somewhere about such an attitude towards Russians during resettlement, this hotel would never have been chosen.
Having already returned, I read reviews on Polish sites - everything is great, everything is wonderful, and the view from the window is just worth going for! . .
It's a shame, comrades. Yes, Russian guests do not always behave decently, but what do I have to do with it? I paid the same as other guests for my holiday, why is there such a division into whites and blacks ?? ? By the way, Germans pay 30% cheaper for exactly the same room. . .
