We got to this hotel by fortune (it was declared a 5-star hotel, Antalya, ultra all inclusive, but ended up in Alanya in Klas mor beach). The hotel does not pull on 5 stars, maximum 4, and the second building is generally 3 stars. At first we were settled in the second building and we were horrified, the plaster was broken near the air conditioner, the TV was made in the 80s, it was not working, because the antenna cable did not hold due to the loose socket, the bathroom was also made in the 80s, the old bathtub, toilet, "savdepovsky" tiles , the only ceiling lamp was not on, the beds are comfortable, the mattress is good. The next day they wanted to move to the first building, but they said that there were no empty seats, only thanks to the guide from the tour operator Tez tour Ivan we were moved to the first building. There is not much better, the bathroom is tiled, the toilet is also old, instead of a shower cabin there is a bathtub with a curtain, the washbasin is new. For 7 nights, towels were never changed, room cleaning is loudly said, a girl came and in 3 minutes walked with a mop near the beds, put toilet paper and left. Meals: you won’t stay hungry, but no frills, they gave chicken, chicken offal, there was a turkey twice a week, there are a lot of different fruits, it’s better to come not at the beginning of the meal, but about an hour later, so as not to stand in line, in mostly for meat, just enough, don't worry. There is no ultra all-inclusive, only local drinks are free, imported, as it is written on the memo in the bar, for extra. fee. At 23:00 all the bars are closed and by this time the excitement begins, two glasses in hand will not be given, a double portion too. There is no music in the hotel, the animation is boring, but they take you to the disco for free. The sea is beautiful, but the shore is terrible, covered in stone slabs, you can’t enter without rubber slippers. Sun loungers, umbrellas free of charge in sufficient quantities, you need to bring your own towels. The pools are small and so is the grounds. Paid Wi-Fi - $ 2 per day.
