We stayed at this hotel in August 2018.
Everything is sad. The hotel is declared as 5 stars, at best 3 stars and then with a stretch. The hotel has two buildings, everyone is settled in the old one, saying that there are no places in the new building, but for some reason money solves this problem very quickly. We did not pay extra and stayed in the old building.
Number
The first room that we were offered turned out to be just disgusting, dirty and it seemed that it had not been cleaned before our check-in. Unfortunately, the number was changed only after the scandal. The new room turned out to be a corner one because it was bigger. Everything in the room is antediluvian. Towels were not changed, toilet paper had to be asked, it took about half a vacation to bring two bottles of water to the room.
Nutrition

The food is very mediocre, there are huge queues, there are no free tables, they don’t have time to clean up, there is a crowd all the time. Such a dining room (there is no way to call it a restaurant) obviously cannot withstand a large influx of visitors. You can't call the dishes clean. I was very impressed with the moment when the bartender in front of us simply rinsed the dirty glass with running water and put it to the clean ones.
Animation
There is no animation whatsoever. In the evening, a small disco is held for the kids, then there is some kind of entertainment program for adults, for about half an hour. And everything, everyone disperses. During the day, there is also no interesting animation, sometimes they hold aqua aerobics and some kind of competition for the kids.
Hammam
Immediately upon arrival, I offer to pay for the services of the hammam. At the first payment, a visit to the Turkish sauna and the usual salt cave and Turkish bath is carried out, foam massage is done in the bath, then there is a general massage, mediocre, but not bad. Then you can visit saunas without restrictions and surcharges throughout your vacation without surcharges, only for some reason towels immediately disappear somewhere, you have to drag them out of the room, apparently they are designed only for new customers.
Beach
Beach with a stone slab at the entrance. You can enter only in slippers. If you are warned about this when buying a ticket, then there are no complaints, the beach is like a beach
In general, if we went to a 3-star hotel, then there would be no particularly negative impressions (except for the situation with the bartender). But the hotel claims to be 5 stars, so we were negatively impressed with everything, and the service, and the room, and the food, and the beach.
