Hello future vacationers!
I would like to share my bitter experience of staying at the Sugar Beach 4 * hotel. It was not the first time they rested in Turkey, but this time they relied on the Russian "maybe" when choosing a hotel and went on a honeymoon trip (although they read bad reviews). We remember it for a long time. When we arrived at the hotel, we didn’t even understand where the entrance was and whether it was a hotel at all: a faded sign is hidden in the bushes, the main entrance is narrow doors for one person, you go through the bushes, as if through a back entrance, tattered furniture in the hall. They just put the suitcases at the reception and then the notorious Gulya instantly drove up, who arrogantly imposed her boors. As it turned out, we were still lucky with the room, because many neighbors complained about air conditioners, TVs, remote controls, light bulbs that went out, and in some even the walls peeled off from moisture. For the entire stay (11 days) the room was cleaned twice. From the food at the end of the holiday, it was already starting to feel sick (the same thing in different versions: either cucumbers with tomatoes, then tomatoes with cucumbers), and the faces of the eternally dissatisfied staff were simply annoying. For all the time we have NEVER seen normally washed dishes, everything is in a greasy film. The swimming pool visit is on schedule with an accuracy of one minute: our friends left five minutes late and they wanted to be fined $100. Sunbeds on the beach - just a "fairy tale", such on the entire coast only at our hotel and were. They are 20 years old, blackened wood, many broken ones, it is a pity to even lay a towel.
As for the guide of the Pegas tour operator, the tourist is a completely different story. The girl Oksana, as some have already mentioned, sits all day on social networks and treats all her duties and vacationers indifferently, she only sells expensive excursions. Our friends from Moldova (they were on a honeymoon, in Turkey for the first time) on the eve of departure asked her for clarification about the time of departure from the hotel to the airport. She just waved it off: "Everything is written at the reception, see for yourself. Departure after 12:00 noon. " As a result, they quietly spent another night at the hotel, and in the afternoon it turned out that their bus had already left that night. It was a shock for all of us. How could you forget your tourists! Nobody looked for them for the next 12 hours. When they called the guide Oksana, she didn’t even want to talk and hung up, saying that now these are your problems (and there was no money for the road, friends from Istanbul helped). When relatives from Moldova called the hotel, the receptionist answered that our friends had gone to the beach. BRED FULL!!!

I have nothing against the Pegasus company itself, but it needs to take better care of its personnel.
The pleasant moments of the trip were mainly in our excursions, which were bought on the street.
We were visiting the guys from Voronezh in a nearby hotel: with the same four stars, the difference is heaven and earth.
I advise everyone to be careful when choosing a hotel, read reviews and remember that "saved - not always won. " Good luck to everyone and enjoy your stay! !
