People! We are now in this terrible hotel. Do not agree to go here for any money! Even for free! I am now, of course, on emotions, but I will try to describe everything objectively.
1. The hotel has problems with compliance with sanitary standards: they do not clean the rooms. We have been here since June 13, asked several times to clean the room. Only yesterday a guy came with a dirty rag and a 1.5 liter bottle of an incomprehensible greenish liquid, sprinkled the floor, smeared it with a rag and collected pebbles at the threshold with a piece of toilet paper. That's all the cleaning. This is how they wash the floor in Turkey. He came 8 days later after a complaint in support of tourists in Turkey (before that, the staff at the reception asked a young man Aslan, a hotel guide, his name is Musa-reactions 0). After this "washing" the room stank of sewage. I went to the reception and asked for a bucket of clean water and a clean rag to wash the floor. They said there is nothing. Cleaning is just like this and there will be no other. Go complain wherever you want. Aired in the room for 2 hours. The stench has disappeared, the dirt remains.

3. Plates, forks, spoons are dirty, there are few of them, not enough for everyone, we bought disposable dishes in a hardware store and eat from them.

If you don’t arrive at the hotel for food distribution half an hour in advance and don’t stand in line and don’t get into the top twenty, then you won’t have enough tomatoes and cucumbers, only parsley and onions, boiled green beans and broccoli will remain. From salads, carrots and peas with mayonnaise or ketchup have been given for 8 days now. Meat in the form of chicken legs was given 2 times after people began to complain en masse to their travel agencies and local staff. Of fruits, only watermelon is given, 2-3 pieces per hand. Bread is often scarce. And all this despite the fact that none of the vacationers piles up mountains of food for themselves and does not come up for a supplement, because everyone understands that there is a shortage of food and, moreover, one does not want such a quality supplement. In the morning there was not enough milk, the child ate cereal with water.
5. Buy something in the evening (yogurt, for example, for a child) and put it in the refrigerator so that it is not possible to feed the child in the morning, due to the fact that there is no refrigerator (mini-bar) in the room. Although it was stated in the offer from the tour operator. Accordingly, there is nowhere to cool the water. Also missing is the advertised TV.
6. The floor around the pool (on which everyone walks from the street to their rooms) is regularly cleaned with a hose, and all this dirty water flows straight into the pool. The water periodically turns green and the bottom is covered with mud and pebbles. Then chemistry is poured at night, by morning the water becomes clear.
7. Towels are not changed in the room. We got tired of begging for toilet paper, we bought it ourselves.

8. The elevator in our building does not work. There are 5 floors in the building. Not all are young and frisky, there are pensioners with grandchildren. On our third floor, they can't catch their breath.
9. Wi-fi catches in the room only at night.
10. Mold in the shower.
And now for the good:
1. We have a large three-room suite, the furniture is good, the beds are comfortable, the bed is clean, the balcony is large. That's all.
The sea is close, the sea is cool, clean, refreshing, the beach is clean, there are toilets and fresh water. But this does not apply to the hotel.
Why did I write in the title "shame on the hotel and tour operator"? Yes, because the hotel is really shameful. A tour operator should be simply ashamed to send HERE their tourists.
For comparison, we rested last year in Thailand for about the same money in the 3 * Baumancasa department in Phuket. It was great there!
