- decent cuisine (not to be confused with a false abundance of the same type of dishes with cheap ingredients)
- proximity to Alanya (10 minutes by bus, 2 lira for adults, 1 lira for children)
- well-groomed territory, a wide strip of private beach, clean pools
- the number of Russians is not more than 20% (and with them sunbeds occupied around the clock, mountains of food on the tables, drunken brawls)
I was very pleased with the words of a 5-year-old daughter - "it would be nice to learn how to speak foreign languages ​ ​ in order to understand everyone. " Maybe he will learn languages, after such an impression, not under duress, but with desire.
What is not very good:
- rooms without oriental "chic" - not big - not small, solid, everything works,
- the staff speaks mostly German, English is worse, only a few know Russian

- children's animation without frills (baking cookies, throwing water balls, drawing, making beads, etc. ) Adult animation - amateur performance, complicated by the fact that they know a couple of words in Russian. (probably due to the fact that the Germans themselves are indifferent to the "evening shows" for the most part. )
The river flowing into the sea next to the hotel did not bother us. Cooler water is periodically felt in the sea. If you don't like it, you can sit on the left side of the beach (the beach is your own and long). The Turks themselves bathe in the river - it is cooler and fresher. They also fish in the river. If you look closely from the bridge near the hotel, you can see flocks of fish forty centimeters long. On the other side of the hotel, there really is a cemetery, but it can only be seen from the top floor of the fourth building, and even then, if you look closely. The cemetery is small (the size of a football field and everything is green - you won’t immediately understand what it is). If anyone doubts about the hotel because of the river or the cemetery - do not worry, these factors are extremely insignificant. More weighty - the level of animation. If someone is used to traveling to Turkey with children, upon arrival, hand them over to the caring hands of the animators and take a break from the children - such a number will not work in Maritim - the Germans prefer a quiet holiday, so that the service is as invisible as possible.
Drive to the hotel 2.5 hours. There are hotels closer to the airport, but it takes longer to get there. load large buses with a large number of stops. Non-Germans rarely go to Maritim, so the transfer is usually by a small bus and almost without stops.
Summarizing what has been written, I most likely will not go to this hotel (I will go to a more expensive one and with an even smaller number of Russians), but I will recommend the hotel as one of the best offers in Alanya at an average + price level. The hotel is decent.

If you are planning to ride a yacht with a child, I recommend choosing the largest Viking (there are several of them). Go to Alanya to the embankment by 9-30 (departure at 10-00, until 15-00). Pay on a yacht bypassing the guides ($100 for two adults with a child) and the child will be happy : ) The embankment is full of similar options and cheaper ($40-80), but this one has the most intelligent animation - you will not regret it.
