Very comfortable and economical hotel.
Location: Very good location of the hotel. The transfer from the airport took about 1.5 hours. In the season, of course, it takes more time on a big bus, it depends on the number of hotels where tourists will be brought. The location of the hotel itself is very convenient - near the bazaar and shops, a disco club, within walking distance of the Mega Mall shopping center, many shops, McDonald's, many shops and the Monica travel agency, where you can buy quality tours at a good price ( verified by personal experience). There are also two parks within walking distance, one - if you leave the hotel and go right without turning straight, the second - to the left, towards the Mega Mall shopping center and the Mosque. All streets are lit and it is not scary to go outside the hotel in the evening. There is a bus stop near the hotel, those who wish can take a bus and get to the center of Alanya (a bus with the inscription "Alanya Center" travel 4 lira, about $ 2). In the center, everyone will find entertainment to their taste - many cafes with Turkish cuisine, shops, shopping centers, parks, the Fortress, Cleopatra Beach and many other entertainments. Also not far from the hotel is a beautiful paid beach "Marina Beach", a very beautiful bay, with crystal clear water and good entry into the sea. A little closer is a beautiful observation deck with tables and benches. Where you can also take a walk and take beautiful panoramic photos.
Territory: as for the territory, it is very small, practically absent, but very green and well-groomed, everything is clean and tidy. Bungalow-type buildings are 4-storey, there is no elevator (there are never any in hotels of this type). hotel and somehow make a note when booking), because the stairs are narrow and steep, the tiles can be slippery after washing the floors. Near the reception building number 11... - its advantages: close to the reception and exit outside the hotel, sometimes it catches WiFi in the room without any problems, it is free in this hotel and this is a huge plus, it’s a pity that it only works at the reception, well, I caught it in my room . I had a room on the 3rd floor, the view from the room was a little disappointing at first, from the balcony the view was of a wasteland on which empty plastic bottles were lying and the hotel area was visible (trolleys with dirty linen and towels), and on the right the view opened to the mountains and hotels. Of course, you need to walk to the dining room, the pool and the sea, but for me it was not difficult, the path is flat and there are benches along the way near the buildings, so whoever is tired can sit down to rest, 150-200 meters to the sea through the dining room and the pool.

Rooms: The rooms are old and in need of refurbishment. Someone complained about the plumbing, but I had no problems with this, everything worked properly. The only thing that made me sad was one dim lamp in the bathroom and a light in the ventilation window. The water from the tap was salty, it was problematic to wash your head with such water and it was not very pleasant to brush your teeth. But the room has a refrigerator, which is proudly called a mini bar. Upon arrival, they put one bottle of water, then you can easily collect water in coolers. Of the cosmetics in the bathroom, only soap in the dispenser (as I know from the star rating of hotels, this is clearly not for a 4 * hotel), although this was not a problem for me, I had everything, including a towel. The condition of the towels in the hotel is terrible, even the floor cloths are cleaner. Personally, I had two baths, two front and none for the legs, that it is here at all, I found out when I saw it in another room of the same category. But unlike other rooms, I was very lucky, I had a warm blanket in my room right away, because. in October, the nights were already cool and it was cold to sleep under a waffle blanket. I had a safe in the room, rusty, the cost of $ 1 per day, I did not use it, I boldly left all my things and no one touched anything. TV is old, not plasma, there were 2 Russian channels Russia 24 and some kind of music. The standard area is very small, I lived alone, it suited me, but when people take it with an extra bed, I don’t even know where they put it, maybe on a balcony ? . Bed 1.5 sleeping and not for people of high growth. I didn’t have any problems with this, but keep in mind the two of you and a large build. Family rooms are 2-room, they are larger in size of course. The socket in the room was one near the bed, the rest were near the TV, there was a bunch of wires on the snot where I didn’t dare to climb, I got by with one. The hair dryer in the bathroom is weak, but it was working. The bedside lamps look sad, but they worked properly, as did all the appliances in the room. I didn't notice any interruptions in water supply.
Another surprise awaits vacationers if they are placed in rooms with a view from the windows of which the balconies of the 5 * Hadaf Beach hotel are very close. I would call it “Hello dear neighbor”, in my opinion you can even say hello by the hand. Maybe I'm exaggerating, but the presence of such a view is a fact and the hoteliers will not do anything here.
Pools: Three pools - children's, with a water slide, main, all with sea water. Pools are clean and well maintained. There are not many sun loungers, but there were no problems with places during this period of time.
Meals: For a 4 * hotel, the food is modest, but you will not stay hungry - there were greens, vegetables, meat. From fruit, I personally found apples and oranges. From pastries there was something like puddings, cookies with honey (I don’t remember what they are called correctly) and in the morning they fried the type of donuts or brushwood, it turned out very tasty. 2 machines with coffee, here the choice was hot chocolate, latte, cappuccino, etc. (not even all 5 * hotels have such a choice).
Algol in the bar and dining room is poured without problems to anyone who needs what and in the required quantity, I have not seen any portions and prohibitions. I can’t say anything about the quality of alcohol, because I didn’t drink it, but the people didn’t seem to complain. The taste of cola, fanta and sprite was clearly different from that bought in the market. All drinks were poured into plastic or paper cups.
(this is certainly not the level of a 4 * hotel).

Beach: Small pebbles. I recommend entering the sea in slippers, although I myself did fine without them. The entrance to the sea here is good, even better than some elite 5 * hotels, of course, I can’t compare it with the Marina Beach and Cleopatra beaches, but still. You need to enter the water in the center from the path leading to the beach, or on the right, because. on the left - a slab and huge stones. There are no comments on the cleanliness of the beach either - everything is very clean and tidy around. There are awnings and sun loungers, but there are not so many of them and in season this can cause a problem, and they are located far from the water, perhaps so that the water does not wash out in a storm. In principle, people who are afraid of the sun and who wanted to be closer to the bar on them and settled down, the rest are all in the old fashioned way on towels near the water.
Spa center: Small, compact, but cozy with all the necessary procedures in the hammam, and most importantly, the workers are professionals in their field! In Turkey, I repeatedly visited the hammam and did the procedures, but I saw the true quality in this hotel. Thank you very much Lesya, who offered me to visit the hammam and, having generally met me at the reception, very hospitably showed the whole hotel and its infrastructure, Oktay the massage therapist, whom I had heard about in reviews before and now having checked for myself I can say this is really a master of his craft, thanks to the manager (Unfortunately I don’t know his name) - the guys are professionals in their field. I say this without any flattery. The peeling procedure in the hammam was done as expected, not just when you are washed, doused with boiling water and rubbed with a washcloth, and most importantly, nothing superfluous and no harassment, as happens in some hotels (Believe my personal experience, it discourages you from even hearing the word hamam and peeling ), without further divorce for money. After the procedure, they talked about the problems, what needs to be done and calculated how much it would cost, after that no one else bothered with this issue. The whole procedure cost me 1500 rubles, quite an adequate price for such a quality of services.
Animation Entertainment Animation was, I think you have already read in previous reviews and I will not open anything new for you. Although in defense of the guys to the animators I will say - there was animation in the hotel! In the language of tourism, I would call it "ultra light", but it was! There were 2 people in the team, but they were smart - they tried their best. They did everything so that people in the hotel did not get bored. In the evening there was a children's disco, where adults were also involved in helping, there was a fire show, a Turkish night, a program for the cooks to enter the stage, in the afternoon they offered shooting at a shooting range, water polo, the music played good and the animators themselves communicated with almost all the vacationers and knew them by name. Maybe, of course, the animation script was not as plentiful as in 5 * hotels or in those that I personally saw, but again, I repeat, there were only two of them !! ! And with their charm and charisma they dragged out the whole situation and did not let people get bored. They are great fellows and professionals! Barysh and Yunus - thank you very much!!!!
Accommodation: I must say right away that I had no problems with accommodation. I was greeted very politely, they smiled, they gave me a memo on the meal schedule, briefly informed me about the hotel's services, gave me keys and cards, kindly carried my suitcase and showed that everything in the room was working properly. The only thing that puzzled me was that they didn’t want to give a card for a beach towel, although after thinking they gave it right away, I didn’t have time to be indignant. And they immediately argued that at this time they no longer give out towels, because. end of the season. As far as I know from the standards and personal experience, the hotel should do this as long as people live in it, or rather, as long as they stop by. This is almost the same as settling in a room, but without laying bed linen.

I talked with many vacationers and complained a lot about the reception workers.
The reception is the face of the hotel, the idea of your hotel begins with it, and your reputation and our work as agency managers will depend on how you receive people, because only from the reviews of tourists we draw conclusions to work with you or not. We, as travel agents, can talk about you for a long time and show pictures, videos, but, believe me, my many years of experience in this field, it will not save if the hotel management does not correct the shortcomings in their work if possible.
Summing up all of the above, I will say that among all the shortcomings of the hotel there is one huge plus - the hotel staff. It is thanks to these people that the hotel created an atmosphere of home comfort and hospitality!! ! The guys were all great, everyone did their job efficiently and professionally, in any case, it was clear that they tried very hard. Photographers Ruslan and Iskander are great, they took very beautiful photos and they were really professionally made (I checked it personally). I can say to the management of the hotel - your staff is what this hotel is based on, value your employees!! !
