If you are interested in this hotel with beautiful photos and good reviews, you are on a slippery slope towards disappointment, where you will regret 100 times that you decided to go there.
If I was offered money for a second stay in this hotel, I would not hesitate to refuse.
I sincerely do not understand who these people are who write laudatory odes to this hole with such enthusiasm, but it was because of them that I ended up there. Perhaps they still live in communal apartments in a room 2 * 4 together and use a shared toilet on the floor and wash in a basin, so for them the presence of an air conditioner in the "room" (which is noisy, leaking, yellow from old age and has never been cleaned), showers with hot water, beds and screaming unsanitary conditions seem more than acceptable.

Let's start with the fact that only tourists from Russia, Ukraine and Belarus live in the hotel. There are several explanations for this phenomenon - tourists are unpretentious, tours are sold by local travel agencies. You will not find this hotel on any booking site like Booking, because no one would go there with real reviews and ratings. That is, foreigners are unlikely to know at all about the existence of this miracle hotel.
1) Problems with the settlement. You will first be given the worst room available (I am writing not only about my experience, but also about other vacationers in this hotel). They will give it to you so that you see the light of the injustice of the world, because there are three of you, you have three suitcases, but you will not have space in the "room" for suitcases, ALSO for clothes, from the word at all. Either you leave them in the bathroom, or on balcony (1st floor to the level with a promenade along the windows) or sleep in an embrace. Also, the smell of mold will hit the nose and the beds are easily visible from the street. As you understand, in a room designed for one, they placed three beds in order to cut down more dough from you, but they forgot to even leave a gap for access to the balcony. After that, you trudge back to the reception, realizing that you need to pay a bribe for a better room. We didn’t give babos, since there was a man with us and they gave us a slightly better room (there was a space between the beds and a table and even a balcony where we dried things) on the 3rd floor.
2) The "number" itself. I think it is not necessary to say that the cleaning included only the removal of garbage and EVERYTHING. The ashtray was shaken out, but not washed, the beds were not made, towels were not changed all 7 days. There was a shoe print on my pillowcase, strange stains of unknown origin on the bed linen. There were dead insects in the "sconces" above the beds, and the bathroom door didn't lock. But we were lucky, as the neighbors said, since our air conditioner worked, this is really happiness. Audibility is great. There was a working old TV and no less old refrigerator. The card is issued one for all, the second must be tearfully begged.
3) Reception. There is no free Internet there - don’t be fooled, everything costs money and even paying a local huckster at the reception who distributes Internet from his phone, you will get a speed of about 5 Mbps. Don't deny yourself anything. )

We used the Internet in lifecell roaming, $10 for 300 Mb or so.
4) The hotel itself is a narrow strip between two neighboring hotels, along which 3-storey buildings are built opposite each other, and between them there is a very narrow path that leads to the sea. 5 tons are constantly driving along this path, which are unloaded in the kitchen area and people walk with them, children run around.
5) Sea. You will say, oh yes, what difference does it make where to live, because the main thing is the sea, for the sake of it we came). The widespread opinion of our citizens, who, even in modern realities, are trying to stretch the aesthetics of the Soviet holiday in a house in the Crimea on
Turkey for holidays in USD You must understand that you are paying a lot of money for a service that SHOULD BE PERFORMED, otherwise the owners of such "hotels" will continue to make money on you without investing money, because you are already fine, you will go anyway.
The hotel has its own beach, absolutely neglected, with dirty, nasty broken sunbeds, on which you do not want to lie, believe me. Disgust gradually subsides on the 3rd day, and you can lie down on a double layer of towels (one of the towels is personal). And, by the way, about beach towels. They are given to you one at a time and changed once a week. Guys, these are literally dirty, smelly, torn rags, they have nothing from towels. I have not held something so vile in my hands for a long time. The entrance to the sea is overshadowed by tectonic plates and stones, which are protected by Turkish law. A narrow entrance to the sea, cleaned from slabs - 10 meters wide. Step left-right and hello bloody feet. I think to say that there is no smell of a lifeguard or any kind of medical help (even a first aid kit). They simply do not exist, you are warned about this on the very first day. How convenient and safe it is is up to you.

6) Pool. Pool 2 - the first for children (taking into account all the factors, I would not let my child go there under a cannon shot on those slides) and the second for adults, deeper. But there, too, children swim, let the mute and drool into the water, in short, you understand.
7) Food. Here we come to the strangest point. I'll tell you this - the hotel would do a huge favor to tourists if, in principle, they didn’t feed them. Meat, meat products and poultry (not soy or meat substitute) happens only on Sundays on the so-called "meat day". All other days the three of us ate only boiled eggs and vermicelli. To pick up a salad for yourself, so that without mayonnaise and without a sour smell it was impossible. Forget fresh herbs. Soy nasty sausages, and everything else, fortunately for six months I almost forgot the assortment of this canteen. Forget soups, too, and fish too. We were amazed at what parents feed their children there, because even we couldn’t cram it into ourselves. In the middle of the rest, I got poisoned and I was sick all night. After that, I switched to bottled water and oranges. Sometimes they gave a vineyard and a watermelon, but it was forbidden to take it out of the canteen. An uncle stood and seized this product from the hungry guests at the exit from the hands. I think the conversation and the cleanliness of appliances, glasses and tablecloths do not need to start, right? _)
8) Alcohol. You can drink beer. Everything else is better to buy in supermarkets ( Please, in SUPERMARKETS and not in stalls and local stores). If you value your health even a little.
There is a bar on the territory between the pools and the beach. So if you have normal clothes or a swimsuit that you value, leave it at home, it's better than throwing it away later. Especially if it's bright things. The chairs on the bar are very old, you know, from the 80s, with thin metal legs and painted 100 times. The layer of paint is so old that it does not dry out and simply imprints on your clothes, swimsuit and bare parts of the body.

Outcome. If you make a mistake and end up there, take a $1 bus to Alanya and spend your holidays there. On public beaches, you can rent sunbeds and umbrellas and relax on a clean beach to your heart's content. And eat meat in local cafes).
I am attaching the photos that I found on the phone six months later.
Good luck to everyone, I hope our experience will be useful to you.
