To begin with, our next family trip took place in this hotel, consisting of 2 children + 2 children 4 and 9 years old. The hotel has changed for the worse. According to children's animation, now it works in the usual mode (you can put a child on it), only one is in the main building, near the pool with a waterfall. And the second one, near the water park "Pirate Ship", is now just a room with one jar of plasticine, a small box of a designer and two swings with slides. You can’t leave children here, because there is no one with them (there is an animator, but she looks after the general order and no more) It’s very inconvenient, because a full-fledged adult will not be able to swim in a children’s water park, and where possible, you can’t take a child with you. Yes, and on the hills I wanted to ride at least once, but in this version, alas. The animators are not very eager to deal with children, and an unpleasant incident happened with us - a boy left under the supervision of the animators, driving down the hill, broke his arm. The fracture was closed, without displacement, and the child just sat and cried, complaining that his arm hurts. No one even thought about calling mom or doing anything at all. . It can happen anywhere and anything, but the animators had no right to leave this unattended. Further, since the weather did not work out, but I want to swim, all the children and their parents gathered in the "pirate ship" water park - there is heated water, and the second new water park with sea water - there the water was icy and, accordingly, no one swam there. So the pool was terribly dirty, moreover, several times during our stay there were cases when a child pooped in the pool. This happened twice in the late afternoon and the pool was simply closed for cleaning, and in the morning it was already "clean", but today it happened at about 11 a. m. - the pool was closed, they collected what floated up with a vacuum cleaner and bang a portion of chlorine, after 1.5 hours the pool again was opened. We didn’t swim there, we went to the sea, albeit cold, but clean. For food, well, this hotel does not pull on the deluxe prefix (it flashes in the proposals for this hotel). . . the children's menu can be called such with a stretch, and in my opinion, it is not suitable for children under 2.5 years old. That is, the child can find something to eat in the main menu of the restaurant - there is just rice, boiled chicken, spaghetti pasta (poor quality), but it's the same every day. As for food for the rest, you won’t go hungry, but in terms of variety, there seems to be a lot of everything, but in fact it’s the same thing in a different presentation. This is a minus for a hotel of this price. Evening animation - since we are resting with the children, we sat out the maximum until the first 2 dances at the children's disco and home. Daytime animation is played near other pools and we simply did not have the opportunity to see it (although on past visits we regularly, even passing by, saw some kind of competitions, animators in costumes, but this year everything is very quiet) - therefore, nothing to say about it I can not. Now about what I encountered when I checked into the room - the room is normal, spacious, but half of the light in our room was missing and the refrigerator (minibar) did not work. For 5 days I went to the reception in the morning - after breakfast and before dinner and said that it was not working - and it took the guy from the service 15 minutes to replace the burnt out light bulbs and, as it turned out, the refrigerator outlet, somewhere in the closet, just fell out of the socket. At the moment, people arrive at the hotel daily (mostly Turks with families) and the hotel is simply crowded with people. The crowd is everywhere - in the restaurant, in the pools, in the amusement park. But this is such a thing, the season, people go. It's a shame that with so many vacationers, the staff clearly can not cope with the flow. I don’t remember earlier that there was no place to sit in the restaurant, not because there are no free tables, but because they did not have time to remove them. Our family will not visit this hotel again.
