We decided to go to this hotel as a family on the advice of friends who were there before us in mid-August. The price of the holiday offered by the tour operator suited us and we did not see any problems in order to visit this institution. After arrival, we got to the hotel for about 2.5-3 hours, but the time for the guide's stories somehow flew by. We arrived at 10.00. At the reception, deeply apologizing that the check-in would be after 14.00, they took passports with vouchers and asked to wait. At the same time, putting on bracelets on our hands, so to speak, we left our things and went to explore the hotel and the surrounding area. Arriving at the appointed time, we were given the keys to the room and escorted to it. Room with a view of the sea and 2 adjacent pools on the territory, what could be better.
Here we met the respectful attitude of the staff, quick resolution of problems when contacting us, friendliness and a generally friendly atmosphere. For a family vacation just right. The children were very pleased.
I gave this hotel 9 out of 10, because the adult animation and the uniformity of the buffet are still rather weak. It seems like a lot, but all the same, pall.
