I chose this hotel because it has a large area and a water park. When we bought the tour, we took a room with a balcony, we had a choice, with or without a balcony... but when we arrived, we were checked in at 14:00 and in the wrong room, it was just a room without a balcony, since there were no others available. The hotel itself is very good, there is very good food. There are no claims as such to the hotel, the rest went well. There are claims only to the work of the guide. We went on a sightseeing tour to the city center, but they didn’t tell us that it would take a whole day, firstly, and secondly, they didn’t warn that we would ride along a serpentine road, i. e. a lot of things were missed which caused discomfort. Information about the tour was not conveyed correctly, the tour was good, but not what we expected. Everything on the beach is clean, adequate, normal. Entry into the sea is difficult, but they write about it everywhere, we knew this in advance. Everything was quite normal in the hotel, there was nothing that would not like. It was very convenient that you could buy some souvenirs in the market, which was located right at the exit from the hotel.
