Rested in Long Beach three of us (a child of 7 years). We flew with TezTour. Everything is worthy. There are no questions for Tez, except for the hotel guide (her vacationers called "TezDura". She absolutely does not know how and does not want to communicate with vacationers. She sent all questions to the reception to the gesrelation. By the way, all issues were resolved there in a businesslike and efficient manner. But, enough about TezDura The hotel: everything is very good. Cleaning, cleanliness, courtesy - good. Breakfasts - ordinary, like everywhere else. Lunches - very good. Dinners - super! We chose a sector in the restaurant with friendly, attentive waiters (unfortunately, not all of them are like that). ). But it doesn’t happen that everyone is super-duper. We are also all different, and they are also ordinary people. Animation is tolerable. But the show has a lot of numbers on the verge, and often beyond the brink of vulgarity, and we were there with a child. And very few (compared to other hotels where we were) invited artists. And the local animators tried, BUT THEY ARE NOT FAKE, what to do - it’s not given to them....A separate topic DISCO-OPENAIR - SIMPLY SSSUUUPPEERR !! ! Such a great combination of music, light, laser show and bar are not a meeting l before that in other hotels.
We lived in a wing above the indoor pool. It had its own elevator - this is a huge plus, and they also used service elevators (no one forbade us). The only thing that I really didn’t like and surprised was that the hotel is ultra-all-inclusive, the sign is 5 ***** and the DELUXE prefix, but there is not a single round-the-clock bar and there is simply nowhere to drink even a cup of coffee at night. In general, a decent hotel. Of course, they would need to improve the beach somehow, although they found a "fairway" without stones and swam without problems. I advise this hotel, with a clear conscience, for relaxation.
