This is the worst hotel I have ever been to. This is definitely not 5 *, although they position themselves that way. So, in order.
Settlement. I got a corner room with a view of another room and someone else's privacy. Despite the fact that my trip was in April, and this is far from the season and almost the entire hotel was empty, I was refused to change the room, which was very surprising and upsetting. I went to the reception 2 times, the administrator called the main one, they didn’t take the money, the result was a refusal. The hotel administration reacted only the next day and after I wrote an unflattering review on one of the travel sites. Now I myself have refused to change the number, because I was too lazy to collect the laid out things again. But in spite of this, they got me as best they could with notes under the door and phone calls to the number at 8 (! ) In the morning.
I forgot to write. The 5* building was inhabited by tourists who came to 4*, which is also located on the territory of this hotel. They got good rooms with a good sea view, and they paid for 4 *. Where's the justice?

In the room.
1. Very hard beds.
2. No shampoo
3. There is no switch that turns off the light in the entire room, or it is broken
4. There is no full-length mirror.
5. Audibility in the rooms is such that the strong feeling that you live with your neighbors does not leave. You can hear conversations in neighboring rooms, you can hear that someone is walking outside the door and what they are talking about.
6. Safe in the room is paid, for 7 days I paid $ 21
Infrastructure.
The hotel has:
- 2 saunas with a temperature of 60 degrees. I was not mistaken, 2 cold saunas.
- Dry hammam with slightly warm stones. I was not mistaken, the hammam is absolutely dry, there is no steam, the stones are body temperature.
- Ice Jacuzzi. I was not mistaken, the water in the jacuzzi is completely icy, not only to enjoy - it's cold to feel the water with your hand.
- Closed water park. Yes, there is a huge good water park. But it doesn't work.
- Beach. This is a separate issue. The beach at the hotel is not the best, it is located in a bay, boats and boats swim there, there is a pier for boats behind the bay, so do not expect a perfectly clean ox. In addition, after a small storm, all the water was covered in algae, which is simply not aesthetically pleasing, and swimming in this porridge is probably unpleasant.

If you are expecting to get into a beautiful fairy tale, which is depicted on the hotel website, then I will disappoint you. Photos edited. The elevators are of course beautiful, but not as much as shown in the photo.
Nutrition.
The food corresponds to a 3 * or 4 * hotel with a stretch.
1. There are very few meat dishes. One dish of chicken, one of meat, the rest - vegetables or potatoes with meat. Every time I went and looked for what to put to the side dish.
2. Breakfast. Fried eggs, which are fried in front of you in other hotels, are cold. They immediately heat a basin and she lies cold.

3. Fruits: I saw only oranges, grapefruits, apples, pears. Everything. No bananas, no strawberries, no other fruits.
4. Turkish sweets. Only the usual halva, one kind of Turkish delight and some cookies. In general, Turkish sweets could not be tasted.
5. It is impossible to pour tea half an hour before the end of lunch / dinner.
Separately about the dining room. All entrances and exits are closed, only one main one is open. Therefore, to enter the dining room from the pools, you need to go through the entire hotel and the 0 floor.
I didn't attend animation, because every day I went to Alanya and arrived late. But I didn't see them this morning either.
So, in general, I did not like the hotel. Their infrastructure is excellent, but either does not work, or it works, but not for people. A 5* hotel is unambiguously unacceptable. The food does not correspond to 5 *. It is impossible to replace the number, what got - live there, no one is interested in your problems. I put one star, because. I will never come back here and I do not advise others, as well as for non-working infrastructure facilities.
