Stayed at the hotel from 07/09/2015 to 07/16/2015. Traveled with my husband and 3 year old son.
We arrived at the hotel in the evening, we received the room very quickly, in the new building G. The building is good, the room is not bad. The only negative - there was no balcony, things were dried in the room and everything dried for a very long time! Removed every other day, even with a tip. The safe did not work in the room, we waited a very long time for the master to finally come and fix it, although we paid money for the safe in advance.
I liked the sea! It was clean. Sunbeds could always be found, though not on the first line. The only thing that was annoying was the habit of leaving towels on the sunbeds.
The food was good, you could choose what to eat. There were cereals, pasta, cheeses, sausages, meat, fish, vegetables, fruits,
watermelons. The bar is also average. Ice cream is delicious. A huge plus - free water on every corner!
I really liked the hammam.

Large territory of the hotel, playground - the child loved it!
We flew from Sanmar. Didn't like the hotel guide. Kind of elusive. It was very difficult to find him, there is no information from him, except for excursions.
Now the most important thing - I will never recommend this hotel to anyone! With all its pluses, there is one huge and fat minus. It's an infection. It is very unfortunate that the hotel management denies it. And when writing reviews about the infection on the Internet, it immediately blocks the IP address. We caught rotavirus infection on July 12th. The child vomited all night every 15 minutes. In the morning, we realized that we could not pump out the child on our own and went to the reception. There, they still did not want to call a doctor for us, until the husband himself picked up the phone and called. As a result, we were taken to the local medical center. There were 3 other children from the same hotel with the same symptoms. Later, children were brought there more than once. Then my child got worse and we were sent to a hospital in Alanya. There we lay in the hospital under droppers for a day and a half. Thanks a lot to the doctors, the child felt better. Now we still have not recovered, we are treating the consequences of such a rest. If someone does not believe the accuracy of the information, I can scan an extract from the hospital in Alanya, where we were.
I won’t upload a photo of a child with a dropper, I’ll show the dropper itself.
I want to warn parents: if you value the health of your children, do not take them there!
