We rested at the hotel with my husband and son (1 year old) at the hotel from 02.09 to 16.09. 2012.

Our tour operator is TezTour, the insurance company is IC Universalna.
There are no complaints about the tour operator for organizing the trip. But I want to note that the representative of "TezTour" in the hotel Natalya MUST be replaced because she is unfriendly, disorganized, deceives tourists and did not respond to our repeated complaints about the hotel NEVER! ! !
AMOEBIC DISEINTYRIA AND POISONING
I'll start with the most important thing on vacation in this hotel, my healthy child on the 8th day of rest (September 10) fell ill with amoebic dysentery (parasitic disease) in a severe form (life-threatening). It is treated with "Metranidazole" (aka "Flagil", "Trichopolum"). At 7 am, our son started throwing up a fountain three times. We contacted the insurance company, there was no temperature. Already on September 15, my husband was poisoned by food (after dinner), there was nausea, fever, vomiting, and I was in a milder form after dinner at 21.00, the temperature was low.
Almost all vacationers in the hotel sneeze, cough, and our family also had ARVI or ARI (we don’t know, they weren’t examined, but everyone had a different one determined by the nature and color of mucus and sputum), it’s good that in a mild form, we did prophylaxis with the IRS vaccine before the trip 19. Immunity recovered quickly, I am sick the longest. More about everything in detail.
INSURANCE
You won't be able to call here right away. Be prepared for the fact that the insurance company will immediately send you to the hotel doctor Albina (she is from Russia), an office in building A. We stood in line, there were children with the same condition. Later I saw the father of the boy Vanya with such symptoms, they are from room 3117. They also decided never to go to Turkey again, their situation was easier. Many of the queue had to fly home that day. They were both Russians and Germans. The boy's mother, who was in front of us, said that the child vomits and then lies exhausted.

When we went in, we asked what happened to that child, to which the “doctor” answered us yes, he just sleeps, mom invents! Imagine! ! ! As a doctor, she is completely incompetent! ! ! Without any tests, when there are obvious signs of a gastrointestinal infection, she diagnoses children with a rotavirus infection and prescribes broad-spectrum antibiotics for children without any tests! ! ! Antibiotics treat not viral, but bacterial infection! ! ! She is a charlotte! ! ! Who gave her a degree? This "doctor" person concerned, especially with any infectious disease, does not testify that you had poisoning. The question is why? She sent us to the room for treatment, gave us the antiemetic drug "Metramid". She offered to drink antibiotics right away, we refused without tests, especially since we had an antibacterial drug that replaces the antibiotic.
On the very first visit, "doctor" Albina, like with us, I think he will take a receipt from you - before referral for treatment - that you agree with the treatment and have no complaints. Our boy's vomiting did not stop, and after 2 hours, the temperature began to rise -37.2. We decided to monitor the condition of the child.
We contacted her again and insisted that we be sent to the hospital as her condition worsened.
She directs you to the Turkler polyclinic (200 meters from the hotel), where there are neither competent doctors nor diagnostic equipment. Before our son was put on a drip, his veins were pierced properly in 3 places. Russian-speaking nurse from Slovenia. The doctor spoke Russian without an accent. We were placed in a ward under the roof of a 2-storey building, the air conditioner was not turned on, the heat was 45 degrees, we were told to open the window. When the high temperature rose, the ward was finally cooled.
And our child was treated according to a general blood test, without saying why, later he was diagnosed with gastroenteritis. By the way, the results of the blood test were never given to us, but for some reason they took 2 syringes of blood for analysis. He was put on a drip of saline NaCL, injected with a sedative (whose name we did not achieve, although the doctor and nurse speak Russian) and the temperature grew, analgin was dripped intravenously. In the afternoon, severe, frequent diarrhea began. With us in the ward lay a Turkish woman and a boy from Ukraine (Nikolaev), 5 years old. After the dropper, the temperature subsided. We were sent to the room without epicrisis and diagnosis. I asked about the tests, the nurse said that the leukocytes were slightly elevated, that's okay. We are fine. By the way, no matter how scary it sounds, there the nurses stop the blood with a napkin taken from the toilet or from their pocket, mint. I have been living for thirty-three years, but I have never seen such savagery! ! !

Well, they did not have sterile cotton wool at hand. . ! We talked about this later in another clinic, where everyone was shocked to say the least! We hope that they did not bring the infection into our bloodstream. In Turcler, the epicrisis was not given to us, they told us it was not allowed, it is given to the insurance. They later gave a copy after a call from the hotel manager, before that the husband came more than once and asked for a copy of the document. By the time we got to the room, the temperature rose to 37.7 and grew at a rapid pace - antipyretics did not help. My husband went to the doctor, asking what we should do - she says lie in the room and wrap the child in wet cold towels and at the same time deducted him that he is like a dad and I am like a mom who don’t read books and don’t know how to bring down the child’s temperature. Before having a child at all, and even more so going on vacation with him, did we need to read about everything in the medical literature? ! Can you imagine? ! And why then the doctor, if we will know and be able to do everything? . .
We realized that there would be no help from this "doctor". After a long argument with the insurance company, we got them to refer us to a normal clinic. We were taken to Alanya, to the Hayat clinic. We were examined. The diagnosis is amoebic disintery (a deadly disease) and against this background acute gastro-enteritis. And we were not alone in the department with this diagnosis! ! ! And no one even checked our hotel! ! ! There were already results, but the insurance company did not give the go-ahead to treat. The cost of treatment is $700 per day. We asked them to start treatment and said that if they refused, we said we would pay for the treatment with our own funds, but the insurance company, nevertheless, did not give the go-ahead for treatment for another 4 hours! ! ! Can you imagine if we didn't have money? The child is on fire, the temperature is 40. And this absurd situation despite the fact that the partner company has an agreement with this clinic! ! ! The amount of insurance is 1.000 $! ! ! Like this! ! ! As a result, they gave the go-ahead for only 2 days! ! !
And they gave their permission every 12 hours separately. With such a diagnosis lie 10 days in the hospital! ! ! They dripped our Seryozhenka with 2 droppers at the same time. The worst thing is that we were not sure that we would have enough money for treatment. And only after we threatened them with a court, did SC "Universalnaya" give its permission. Can you imagine what would happen if we did not have enough money? The clinic explained to us that this always happens with this company - this is not the first case with us. Thank God, the son felt a little better, the temperature subsided, the vomiting stopped. We bought medicines for outpatient treatment with our own money, and we also took a taxi back with our own money. We arrived again, vomiting began, we called the clinic, they said it was normal, it was just that the child had a difficult move. The vomiting will stop soon. Everything was like that. Treated on an outpatient basis. The son could not walk - he was weak. Didn't eat anything.
It's good that I still have him on breastfeeding - it helped a lot. Thank God it's better now. Began to eat. But at least another month you need to restore the stomach and intestines, the pancreas. Raise hemoglobin, as it has greatly decreased. The child has lost 1.5 kg. My husband and I feel bad after the poisoning - our stomachs hurt a lot and we feel sick. There is no vomit, which is good. So relax, get well! . You wouldn't wish such a "rest" on your enemy either! ! ! And the stress experienced after crossed out those 8 days that went more or less smoothly. My husband and I decided not to go to Turkey, to eastern countries at all. In the meantime, the child is small, then we will no longer travel abroad! ARRIVAL AND TRANSFER
Our arrival and departure were on time, with comfort, with meals on the plane, including for the child. We brought a stroller with us. At the Turkish airport, no strollers were served to any of the passengers.
There was a categorical refusal to all. They had to be picked up at the BigBag sign, next to the exit from the airport, everyone was waiting in different ways from 40 minutes to 1 hour. The handles of the new stroller were damaged - pack VERY carefully. Airport workers are extremely careless about things. The transfer took approximately 1 hour, 45 minutes, arriving at the hotel at 11.40.
SETTLEMENT
We were quickly settled at 12.00 in building D, as promised by the manager of this hotel, Beysin Ö zkan, in his letter. Tipping at the reception ($10) and the driver ($2) on the carrier we paid. During our vacation, Russians, Germans, and Turks lived in the building. Mostly very nice and friendly people.
ROOM
The room is quiet, comfortable with a view of the pool and the sea on the 1st floor, 4122. They gave out 2 keys (cards, they also include power supply in the room), there was also a 3 key for the balcony door, which is convenient. More, perhaps it will be interesting for readers who still visit this hotel.

The room is quite spacious with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, at our request they put a playpen for us. Safe with a key, normal lock. The bathroom is spacious with a shower, with doors, there was a dispenser with shower gel (it is extremely difficult to wash off the body). In general, tap water is hard - keep this in mind, take special shampoo with you. The bathroom also contained 2 sets of cotton buds, 2 bathing caps, cotton pads, and liquid soap for washing hands. Good quality toilet paper. The hair dryer was somewhat inconvenient for me - in order for it to work, you need to constantly hold the button on it. The drain in the shower worked badly all the time - this is the case everywhere - I read about this before the trip in other reviews - we called the plumber and the maid cleaned it every day with a vantus, but it didn’t help. The room also contained a set of threads with a needle, a button and a pin, a pencil, note-sheets, and a hotel visitor assessment questionnaire.
Cleaning was always of high quality, for which we always tried to thank our maid with a tip. Every day they found beautiful different figures from towels and sheets on their beds. She always tried to come and clean our room either before or after the child's sleep. Air conditioning with remote control. Hanging over the bed, blowing hard, turn it on, it's cold. If you open the windows, mosquitoes fly in, to cool the room it was necessary to make a draft. Mosquitol cream did not help. We didn’t take pills - the child is small - you can’t turn it on. The husband barely figured out how to adjust the air conditioner so that it was comfortable to sleep. The fan must be set to mode 2 and turn on the temperature of 28 degrees and the blades of the air conditioner should be directed downwards. After that, the room felt somewhere around 22-23 degrees. The air conditioners are VERY noisy.
BEACH
Sandy, entrance to the sea near the building D 80 cm small pebbles mixed with stones. You don't have to rush into the sea.

Better buy safety shoes right away. Our son hurt his toe. I nearly hurt my leg more than once, and so did my husband. Stones (they are carried from the sea) are sharp, pieces of chipboard, tiles float, and they are everywhere along the coast of the hotel, not only near building D. I almost injured my leg 2 times in water gymnastics - it is held opposite buildings B and C. Mine the husband dived with a mask, 10-15 meters from the shore, in the buoy area, in front of the hotel there is a burial site for construction waste, there are barrels at the bottom. Stormy. The sea is dirty, the water was clear only until lunchtime during the first week, in the second we were not at the sea. This is the reason, since the garbage is fresh. The beach is poorly cleaned. I agree 100% - in the morning you can see the garbage that you saw yesterday. See all this in the photo. If there are any, to object that this is a slander against the hotel, I hope the fans of the hotel will not dare. There were always enough sun loungers everywhere at any time, there were many empty ones.
We were told that he was busy with his work, wait. After my last call with a categorical tone of voice - an electrician, we were able to contemplate in 2 minutes. He didn’t know what was the matter - I had to explain in Turkish what was the matter. Fortunately, I had a small phrase book with me. More than once I had to call a shuttle when an ambulance came for our child, they arrived regularly, they drove quickly.
When I wanted to leave a written complaint on September 15 about sour food at dinner in an electronic device, that my husband was poisoned at lunchtime and I felt bad after dinner (I accidentally ate a sour tomato, it was mixed with good ones), I was a receptionist (a girl on photo on the left) replied that it was not working. Let me give you to fill out a questionnaire or write your application on a sheet, which she personally promised to transfer to the owner of the hotel. She gave me a crumpled sheet, already with some kind of printed text on it. I refused to write on this sheet
. I asked for a blank sheet - refusal - not available. I asked if my application would be registered in the registration log - the answer was no. They don't have such a magazine. The hotel guide does not help us, we could not get through to the insurance company, my repeated complaints to the manager of the Beysin Ö zkan hotel did not bring any results. We're flying out tomorrow. Imagine my state. The child is bad. My husband, too, already has a temperature of 38. I feel sick. I lost my nerve. I burst into tears. I ask: why are you poisoning us for our money, electricians wash their hands in ayran, the child has dysentery, what to do, there is dirt all around? And then I saw that the young man was leaving information in this device.

But I no longer had the opportunity to leave my review, it was not given to me to do this by a drunken visitor of this hotel who had come from nowhere, he pulled me away from the apparatus and began to choke me, the bartender of the bar from this building came to his aid - opposite the reception desk (a tall guy, fair-haired, used to work in block D, said he was transferred for a month, knows Russian well, always smiled sweetly and greeted). They both screamed that I was crazy. They twisted my hands, pushed me out of the building, threw me on the floor. The drunk man shouted that he would shut my mouth. I didn't see who kicked me. I fell face down. People were sitting in the hall opposite and they saw and heard all this. A Russian married couple came to my aid, removed them, lifted me up, sat me on a chair, calmed me down, asked what happened. Apparently, with their intervention, they did not dare to beat me further. I told. I asked to call the police.
The rest of the bartenders, other employees, the girls from the reception, also ran to my cry, they watched all this, they called somewhere, but the police never arrived. Rarely did they call her. On the way, I walked and told what happened to my family and how to be treated in case of emergency. I don't want anyone else to experience this. I went to my room. We were afraid that it would be with us until the morning. I did not sleep all night. I was afraid for myself and for my family. The cell phone does not work in the room. We were afraid to go out. We called the insurance company and the embassy. But it's useless. We decided to leave the room when people left the rooms. Dreamed of leaving this country as soon as possible! ! !
CLEANING AND NUTRITION
Leaves a lot to be desired, I agree with the previous reviews. Unsanitary conditions in restaurants, dirty tablecloths are not changed, appliances are placed for you on the stains left by a previous visitor. THE RESTAURANT HERE AND DOES NOT SMELL, I AGREE WITH OTHER REVIEWS - THIS IS A DINING ROOM!

Before I complained to the manager, no one washed highchairs in restaurants. Although they were not always washed afterwards, after your child has eaten, the next baby sits on a dirty chair and eats. Parents stock up on wet wipes, rubbish on the territory (there is a photo where the head of the waiters of block D sits resting at the table of the Beer Garden, and there is rubbish around him). I ordered to clean up only after I saw that I was taking a photo around the lying garbage. It was the end of dinner at the hotel. I want to say that our child ate from his dishes, which I regularly washed with laundry soap.

In the vitamin bar, ice cream makers, before the advent of disintiria (we were not the only ones who suffered, the hotel management is aware of the fact, they carefully hush it up), the hotel served ice cream with bare hands without gloves, after they wiped tables, shelves and served ice cream cups to visitors with dirty hands. It is very tasty in Turkey, we do not have this in our country. In the bar, by the way, you will be offered both ripe, both green and rotten fruits. Be prepared...There is a wide choice...Assortment: apples, pears, melons, watermelons, grapes, plums, nectarines, rarely peaches and bananas. Rotten, by the way, no one even cuts out, they pulled it out of the bag and put it on the shelves! Next to normal fruits. Fruits are washed badly! ! ! Wash in your room! ! ! Fresh is a separate issue! . I will describe the picture that I observed: a boy comes running from the beach or from the pool, there is a basket with spoiled oranges.

At this time, the women bakers first brought glasses under the pouring stream and poured a drink into the glasses, and then the technical worker lowered his glass into the bucket with a dirty hand and scooped airan directly from the bucket. The manager of the hotel found out about all these facts, I personally told him about it, promised to take action. I took one day, the tablecloths in the restaurant were changed on time and the dirty dishes of block D were removed. The cake bakers remained to work in their places. As he told me, they are from the village, they have relative concepts of cleanliness. He confessed in a conversation after cases of poisoning, he himself asks to wash the dishes more carefully for him! Imagine! Most importantly, he advised me to come to their hotel with a child when he is 7 or 8 years old, it is impossible with a small one. The manager speaks Russian well with almost no accent, he said he lived in Kyiv for a long time. Outwardly similar in my opinion to our Kazakhs.

People will again read your lies about our single case of poisoning, and that you don't know about other cases. You are uncultured people, cruel, thinking only about profit, and we and our children are indifferent to you, no matter how you lisp with them. Moreover, you can’t argue against the facts ...

We were driving back to the airport and a woman with children said that they had a similar vacation in Egypt. It is better to go somewhere in Europe, there is civilization, there is respect for customers, the laws are working normally in countries.

In addition to the written comments: my child is not a "houseplant", in our country with him, even if he pulls something into his mouth from the floor or at home or on the street, there was NEVER ANYTHING bad. Before vaccinations, we examined him, including for the dezintiriy group. We brought a perfectly healthy child to rest - we have a travel certificate issued before the trip to the hotel. Our son ate there not only the food we brought in a thermal bag, but also from the general table in the restaurant (fruits, fish, meat, vegetables, mothers of children who were poisoned that day suspected that green peas from the diet table of block D were to blame). Children were affected to varying degrees, depending on the amount eaten. Our Seryozha ate a lot. As you put it, I “didn’t suck pictures out of my finger”, but just took them when I had a camera at hand - we didn’t always have it with us in the “restaurants” of the hotel.
Who is going to go there, you can see with your own eyes, it is unlikely that they will put things in order for a long time, with us it was 1 day, no more.
I don’t know about the readers of the review, I don’t like to rest in the mud, I don’t like to rest among cigarette butts and other garbage and step on cobblestones in the water and in the sand on the beach (I attended water gymnastics classes on the beach and almost injured my leg 2 times) .

We dreamed of a trip to the sea for a long time, since we had not been for 5 years for various reasons. You see, the negative reviews appeared about this hotel when we had already purchased early booking tours. Before that, I read mostly positive reviews about the hotel and it has been in the "stop" since April - we thought if this is the situation, then the hotel is good, all travel agencies advised it as a very good hotel. Even if none of this happened to us, we would hardly return there again. For 200 dollars. a day to rest among the rubbish, to dry oneself gray from old age with towels and sleep on stained sheets, eat periodically spoiled food on dirty tablecloths, we don’t want to be treated after such a “rest”. But this is everyone's business, dear readers, maybe all this is not important for others. Then this hotel will suit you. How many people, so many opinions. We just expressed ours.
