We arrived at the hotel at 11 am, immediately put the hotel bracelets on us and promised to check in by two o'clock. settled earlier, at about an hour, but if we had returned to the reception even earlier, we would have settled earlier. They settled us in block A. The room is good, the only view from the room is on the road, the back of the hotel, but this did not upset us, we did not come to sit on the balcony. on the day of arrival there was a terrible rumble in the hotel, as it turned out it was their own transformer, there was no electricity in the village and they were saved in this way. during the rest it was a couple of times for several hours, but the buzz is heard only in the reception area. By the way, block A is good because you don’t hear the noise of the hotel, i. e. it is located in the depths from all restaurants, the beach, animation and other entertainment. and although it hosts a disco, we have never heard it. in general, we liked everything there: the animation, the beach, the food, the drinks, the room, and the service. The staff immediately responded to all our requests and comments. we wanted to hide warmer, please, here is a blanket for you. the shower in the room broke, in an instant everything was fixed. only slightly disappointed the descent to the beach. a ladder leads to it, there are 5 steps on it, but if they are wet from the shower located right there, then they are very slippery. one fine day I flew down this ladder, since my husband was holding his hand and only one place was damaged. but other than that there are no major complaints. We will definitely go to this hotel again.
