I'll start over. drive from the airport for an hour and a half. We flew from Coral Travel, the host is Odeon Tours. The guide is terrible - not a word more. I went half a bus to Alanya for the first time - so tell me at least half a word - how long to go, where the stop will be and where we are passing in general ? ! gave a book with excursions and repeated five times so that we would not forget to thank the driver. got so much by this driver that no one gave anything. everyone sticks, but this one was already too much. The first impression about the hotel is "collective farmer's house". But then we found a whole bunch of positives. First, the bad-furniture just kapets. Soviet Union. but, oddly enough, everything worked. even air conditioning. TV caught 3 Russian channels and hot water -always. but it's just really bad. there is no territory. there is nothing for children. you can’t take kids here at all - there is no children’s food, no high chairs in the restaurant, you can go from five years old - the children’s pool is clean, a small water slide, two swings and a mini disco in the evenings. The umbrellas on the beach are half broken, the sun beds are dirty, the volleyball net is torn, and in the beach bar there is only water and two types of yuppies. But there were a lot of good things - the first is, of course, the beach itself. just super! The sand, the sunset is gentle, there are always small waves, that is, swimming is fun. walk really about two minutes on the underpass, which starts right next to the pool. the lack of territory is compensated by the excellent location - if you go out through the main entrance you get to the promenade and past the hotels you can go to the park and the market. but it's better to go for a walk through the gate at the back of the hotel - you immediately get to the shops, the tour desk, a little further there is a bus stop to Alanya. another three minutes and go out to the banks and a new portion of shops and cafes, and closer to the minarets (4 in a row - they can be seen from anywhere in the village) the rag bazaar begins, which works until night. banks, by the way, only work until 17 or 18 hours, I don’t remember exactly, but late in the evening you can change money only in the exchanger, right there, not far. The food is ok, but there is nothing hot for breakfast, otherwise everything is fine. certainly not five stars, but you won't go hungry. Lunch - one soup, three types of potatoes, two types of pasta, soybeans, a bunch of different vegetables both raw and stewed, spicy snacks, pickles. there are almost no desserts - one kind of fruit (either a watermelon or an orange) and one kind of some kind of oriental thing like a cookie. Dinner is always meat. at four o'clock they give out three cookies. kind of afternoon tea. The choice is small, the variety is not special, but everything is fresh, plentiful and tasty. there are no queues, all the food is carried if it is over instantly. in general, the staff is excellent, attentive, polite, but they speak Russian rather poorly. If you know English, it will make your life much easier. Internet is free in the lobby, restaurant and by the pool. The password is given at the reception. animation, by the way, no, but still there. for six days there was water aerobics once, just aerobics and volleyball. just an animator, a lazy Russian young lady. she forgot that she was at work and was sitting at the bar all day, then she was not at all. in general, the human factor. The hotel website states that they serve ice cream for dinner. lie. ice cream paid - from 2 to 3 lira (about 1.5 dollars). In general, the conclusion is that for $ 780 for two adults for five nights / six days we got a roof over our heads, a great location, normal food, an excellent sea! . ordinary! don't expect lobster and shrimp, don't expect a water park pool. just for two adults or a company who want to fly to the sea for little money - that's it. PS We took a tour, booked houses via the Internet, I can say, don’t be afraid! No prepayments are necessary, payment is already on the bus, all issues are resolved by e-mail, you don’t even have to spend money on roaming calls, everything went just fine, and the difference in price from tour operator tour - $ 40 per person, that is, for two I saved $ 80 and did not regret it, and the guide was Russian-speaking and lunch was included in the cost and an air-conditioned bus. but don’t bother about insurance - you are all insured, otherwise you simply wouldn’t get abroad. tour operators do not release the uninsured. so don't be afraid and don't listen to the guides.
