We were on holiday in Turkey for the first time. And the first pancake was not lumpy at all =)
Three of us went: me, my mother and my three-year-old son
In order:
Arrival and accommodation:

We checked into the hotel in the afternoon. At the entrance to the territory you go past the hotels of the Alara chain, their buildings, of course, are more impressive and richer =) We went into the hotel, a nice neat hall, the reception staff who speak Russian well. I almost didn’t have to wait, somehow I didn’t think about where they would put us, I just wanted to move in as soon as possible. But my mother asked for a room with a sea view. This is exactly what we got - with a balcony on the 4th floor overlooking the sea. Without any payment in the passport, they just gave such a number. The hotel has two new elevators, both did not break at the same time, there was always something to go down / up. The rooms are simple, but I didn’t care about interior items, we only needed to spend the night in the rooms, but we arrived at the sea. There is carpet on the floor, a built-in wardrobe, 1 bedside table, beds with good mattresses. All wooden surfaces are painted with green paint, which is scratched and scuffed in some places, which is very visible on the paint.
For 2 weeks we asked to clean the room 6 times, which we did, not taking into account the declared "2 times a week". They always cleaned well both the living room and the toilet room, the bed linen was new, the towels too, they didn’t spin swans, but we didn’t need them... The child was first given a children’s bed, which of course did not fit for a three-year-old. We asked for a folding bed the next day - they gave it without question, comfortable with a good mattress.
The shower in the bathroom was leaking and the shower itself was a bit leaky.
For the shower, scratched furniture and the situation with the crib I put -1 point. Since I think that these are quite trifles, the more everything was decided.
Nutrition:
there is no variety of fruit, and almost every time there is soy semi-finished products on the menu, for this -1 point. But we bought fruits on our own, which was not at all expensive for us. The rest is great. We were always full. The child always had something to eat. I liked the variety of rice as a side dish, there was always meat - chicken / turkey / beef, wonderful stewed vegetables. I don't understand what kind of aesthete you have to be to live and starve there. . . The chef and the manager always monitored the availability of dishes, cleared the tables, brought them and took them away if necessary. In the second week there were not enough tables for dinner, I had to sit down with someone. Plates and cutlery are clean, tablecloths too. Yes, it happened that there were a couple of chips on the dishes. Well, after all, people work in the kitchen, today they didn’t notice, tomorrow they will notice and remove it.

Alcoholic: wine of three types from bottles, gin, vodka, whiskey for 1 type, Tuborg Malt beer. All alcohol is served at the bar on the street, near the pool. There is a coffee machine in the lobby bar, they didn’t serve alcohol there in May, basically everyone catches wi-fi in the lobby, which by the way does not work perfectly, from time to time I had to ask to restart the router.
Staff and service:
everyone is friendly and welcoming, very good attitude towards children, the atmosphere is very homely. The waiters at the bar are running around with the service of the restaurant. I felt sick from their workload from morning to night, but the guys coped, their fatigue did not affect the vacationers and the quality of service. The owner of the hotel is called Burak, he and his family were on the territory at that moment. I talked with the guests (usually with girls))), asked their opinion about the hotel, talked about future plans. He spoke about plans to transfer the hotel to the category of 4-stars, also that animation would be introduced, but only sports and children's, possibly in the evening.
The beaches are regularly cleaned, as well as the territory of the pools, the sun loungers are new, there were always enough umbrellas and lying places. The water in the pool is clean, the chlorine does not hurt the eyes, I observed several times that they were taking water samples. Pool 150 cm, without changing the level of the bottom.

There is a small cozy spa center on the territory. Beach towels are changed every 2 days. Guys from Bulgaria and Ukraine work there, and only one resident of Turkey, Ali =))) Vasilka is the hostess, speaks several languages, has been working in massage for several years. There is a sauna (all day available for visiting), a hammam, an indoor pool and 2 massage areas. Turkish bath package (with peeling, mask, foam and massage) costs $25, lasts 90 minutes, go, you won't regret it, at the beginning of your holiday and 2-3 days before departure, it prepares the skin very well before and after tanning. The guys offer a trial 10-minute back massage on the first day. After the first package, I took 7 more Mix massage sessions, for the whole body, with stones. Very professional; those parts of the back that hurt, stopped bothering! If I had more time, I would have completed a course of 10 procedures. Positive customers get good discounts, especially the longer the course. In general, in order to understand all the charm and feel the benefits, you have to try.
The territory of the hotel is all in greenery, a lot of secluded corners where you can only hear the sea and you can sunbathe or just relax together. During the day and in the evening, animation from the neighboring Alara is very audible, it made it very difficult for the child to fall asleep. There was no loud music in our hotel during the day, occasionally during the day and in the evening the speakers in the bar are turned on. But we did not want noise and drunken parties, we consciously chose the hotel. The charm of the hotel can be lost if there is jaga-jaga on the territory every evening. I support the owners in this, neither the hotel itself nor the territory has an active-alcoholic rest. Here you want bliss and tranquility. In general, everything is super, I'm looking at a ticket for September =))))
