I chose the hotel based on the price range. I stayed at this hotel 6 years ago, then it had a different name and a different owner. The hotel is currently under renovation. In this regard, the rooms are not sufficiently equipped with the necessary. For example, in our room there were no lamps on the wall above the bed; there was just a bare painted wall behind the head of the bed, not as shown in the photo on the hotel website. There was no telephone in the room, there were no outlets. There is no partition or curtain in the shower room and all the water was spilling over the bathroom; and when you go out of the bathroom into the bedroom, then all the water is taken out and the dirt is spread. I asked the cleaners to give me a towel for my feet so that I could throw it at least at the exit from the bathroom, but after the next cleaning it disappeared. As for the cleaning in the room - this is a separate issue. For some reason, only we had the key to our room and I had to look for a cleaning lady so that the room was cleaned. Towels were not changed every day, they were not enough. Sometimes we were given hand towels, sometimes not. In ten days the bed was changed once. Garbage, if necessary, could be thrown away by ourselves, as garbage bags were in the room. Toilet paper, shampoos changed on time. We were given two half-liter bottles of water every day. They were not put in the refrigerator when cleaning. They could be taken from the cleaning room or reception (i. e. it was my problem to get water). Another point that even my daughter noticed was not very decent songs in Russian that were played by DJs. There was also good music, but there were a few songs that were embarrassing to listen to.
Now let's talk about the good. The hotel has very nice staff. They go to meet you if you ask them. The reception staff speaks Russian. And in the dining room they also addressed us in Ukrainian) We arrived at the hotel late in the evening, when dinner was already over, but our group was invited to the dining room and fed. The day before departure until 19.00 you can order a lunch box at the reception. Its composition is very simple, but in any case it helps, since there is no food on the plane, and the road is long. We were picked up from the hotel 5 hours before the flight.
The food at the hotel is not very varied, but there is fish and chicken, soups, vegetables. Sometimes there were not enough forks, you had to wait until they were washed and taken out. Sometimes they gave plastic forks.

The hotel is located near the sea. It is not always possible to find a free sunbed on the beach, sometimes we used the sunbeds of the neighboring Licus Beach hotel. The hotel has three swimming pools - one larger rectangular, the second smaller rectangular with one slide, and the third round for small children. There are swings for the little ones. Beach towels are given on bail at the reception, they take money for changing towels. So it's easier to bring your own towels.
We didn't watch TV. Lots of channels in different languages. In Russian, a couple of religious channels and news. I did not find Ukrainian channels.
With wifi in the hotel it doesn't matter. It just doesn't exist in the rooms. Everyone gathers in the lobby near the reception to enter the Internet. When a lot of people gather, you can’t watch a movie on the Internet. So if you are traveling with small children, it is better to take a DVD player with you so as not to become attached to the Internet.
The hotel has a wonderful representative of the tour operator TU? Elizabeth. She was at the hotel from morning to evening and could prompt and help with any questions that arose.
We took from TU? day trip alanya city. A very varied tour, with a visit to the fortress, Damlatash cave, two shops, a trip on a yacht with swimming in the open sea and lunch on a mountain river in a picnic area. They were very satisfied. The only point is that you need to take water with you on the tour, because on the way it is sold for $ 1 per half liter.
I visited the hammam at the hotel. It opened this year after renovation. The sauna is working. There is no indoor pool. The prices are very democratic. Of the men, I can recommend Murat and Mehmet. There are also female masseuses.
As for entertainment - the hotel hosts a disco in the evenings, the animation is a bit sluggish. But you can go outside the hotel towards Alanya Grand Bazaar for a walk. Near the underpass on the way to the bazaar, you can see camels in the evenings.
We also went to Cape Karaburun. There are very strong cicadas buzzing, but a beautiful view of the sea and the coast. On the cape you can see the remains of the ancient Roman city of Giustiniano - the masonry of the walls is visible.

In general, the hotel is more likely not 4 stars, but 3. You need to be prepared for this. Whoever goes on vacation to this hotel, enjoy the clear sea, and try to close your eyes to the bad or, if possible, correct it. If you need more comfortable conditions, then you need to take tours to more expensive hotels.
