My husband and I stayed at the hotel at the end of May. They brought us around 6 am. What we liked was that we were seated immediately. As they explained to us: those who arrive before 8 in the morning are settled immediately, and those who come after will have to wait until 14.00.
Entering the room, at first glance everything is clean, beautiful (especially when the only desire is to get to bed after a night flight). But, going into the bathroom, there was bewilderment - there was no soap, no shampoo, not even toilet paper. There were only three bath towels for two. After an unsuccessful attempt to turn on the TV, we found that there were no batteries in the remote control. After breakfast, we told the girl at the reception about all the shortcomings in the room, she wrote down our number, saying that she would pass it on to anyone. When we came in the evening from the beach, nothing had changed in the room. I had to go back to reception. Only after a repeated request, they brought us paper, soap, shampoo and conditioner, napkins and a shoe brush. Although in other rooms, as we were told, there were also toothbrushes with paste, nail files. Toothbrushes were brought to us only in the last days of our holiday. Towels in full were given to us only after I asked to change the ones that we had.
Cleanliness: cleaning in the room was every other day, but superficial. Above your height - it was not removed. There was a huge layer of dust on the closet. There are blankets in the closet, but the impression is that they have NEVER been washed. They are very dusty!

THE MOST IMPORTANT AND HUGE MINUS - REPAIR!! ! On the sixth floor of the hotel during the period of our rest from the very morning until the evening there was a repair. It was impossible to rest in the room during the day. The sounds of a perforator, grinder, hammers are HORRIBLE!! ! The hotel was very crowded with small children. It was impossible for them to sleep in such noise. Was it really impossible to take vacationers after the repair was completed ???
On the second day, in the late afternoon (since we had not checked before), we found that the lock did not work in the room, that is, it simply did not close. What immediately went to report to the reception. The girl said that the master is no longer there, will be - tomorrow. Tomorrow, with the appearance that they are hearing about our problem for the first time, we were informed that the master was not YET. And so the whole day!! ! Only one person from the staff (sorry I don’t remember his name) helped us solve the problem, and only after his intervention was the “elusive” master found.
In general, the staff is good. Only at the reception, as soon as you approach with some kind of problem, you get the impression that they don’t want to see you.
Food: you won't go hungry. As they say, "meat with meat. " Chicken, vegetables, potatoes, fish, various salads, grilled dishes, various sweets, fruits, everything was enough. The only thing is to look at the freshness of the dishes.
In general, the rest in this hotel would be wonderful (all minor flaws can be eliminated), if not for the renovation. It is very difficult to withstand these sounds for a week.
