I'll try to write a few pros:
1. Comfortable chairs in the restaurant (with armrests)
2. A couple of times they gave pancakes for breakfast (which is not bad for this hotel)
3. warm sea in 5 minutes walk (the sea, of course, is not the merit of the hotel)
4. Low price with very poor service
5. Russian-speaking staff at the reception: administrator Kerim met, explained how to fill out the questionnaire, offered tea and coffee. Then he escorted me to the room. In every possible way made it clear. That he chose the best number and started begging for $20 for his "service". . . gave $3
Conclusion: the hotel does NOT correspond to 4 stars. More like 2.5 stars!!!
Impression - that the hotel is more focused on the Turks (70%), who were not in normal
There are a lot of cons:

1. The most terrible minus is the sound from the sewerage in the toilet. The impression is that the system is purged with air under pressure. Such a sound was heard every 5-15 minutes, day and night. On the 3rd day - got used to....
2. There was no ventilation at all in the toilet. If you close the door, a damp smell is formed. Everything is wet. The towels didn't dry out. The door had to be closed due to p1.
3. the water in the shower and in the washbasin was along with gusts of air (malfunctions in the system) - it reminded me of a coppuccinator in a coffee machine...
4. The door and window to the balcony - wooden, decrepit, with peeling paint - like a grandmother in a village in a barn.
5. The air conditioner (if it worked continuously for 6 hours) started to drip in the room. Since it hung on the wall above the bedside table and bed - imagine how comfortable it is to sleep...
6. "Bar" - he was not. No cocktails, only powdered beer from 10-13 and 14-18. For the sake of appearance, empty bottles of vodka, cognac and champagne were placed - so that it would look like a bar...
7. NO Internet!! ! WIFi - only for money in the lobby (about 500 rubles per week). They offered a welcome 150 mb (! ) - for free... apparently to send a message via viber that they flew normally... Enough for 10 minutes. Then for the money... I did not check the quality.
8. Meals - 2+. It's not tasty. I compare with the 4th in Tunisia, Turkey, where I was earlier.
9. They didn’t give water to the room - I had to go to the reception and beg. In the end, they generally said: “the concept of the hotel does not imply daily water... ”
10 . They gave only one key to the room (there were 5 of us. 2 adults + 3 children) - very inconvenient
11. Cleaning - it was not at all, shampoos and towels were not changed - for 6 days.
12. All waiters are Turkish students who are just doing practice in the summer. They don't know anything, they speak sign language. On the 6th day, several waiters watched drunken swimmers on the beach….
13. instead of cups - plastic cups
14. A table tennis table is located 2 meters from the pool (! ) Used mainly as a bedside table for towels and cups...

15. Curiosity!! ! One evening we went to the lobby to sit - what we saw is beyond reality. On one of the chairs - there was someone's shit! Yes, that's a bunch of crap. And no one cleaned it... I have a photo of this horror.
Conclusion: WORST hotel in my life
