This year we decided to fly to Turkey. We chose a hotel for a very long time: we read reviews, looked at photos, and my husband and I were simply shocked that people go there not to rest, but to look for some shortcomings. We got a ticket to this hotel. I read the reviews and was upset again, but still we decided to go to this hotel, but for ourselves we decided if we were missing something from the products we would buy there. And they made the right choice. We arrived at the hotel at 12:00 we were asked to wait since check-in starts after 13:00, they offered tea, coffee, drinks. At 13:00 we were invited to dinner. All wait staff were polite. After dinner we were seated and everything. Just once again I am convinced that how you treat people is the same way they will treat you. When we went on an excursion, Kerim always offered to take water with us, explaining that it would be expensive on the bus.
The water in the pool is clean, it was cleaned every evening.
