After filling out the questionnaire, we were escorted to the room and then I was horrified: spilled coffee, garbage and ashes from cigarettes on the floor and bedside table, cigarette butts in the drawer of the bedside table, men's socks, hair and dirt under the bed. In the high season, there is enough space on it only for those who come early and take their "place in the sun. " Mattresses on sun loungers are not washed, apparently never. They are in a disgusting state. Full of stray dogs that no one chases away. There are a lot of cigarette butts and garbage in the sand, no urns. We rested from April 29 to May 6.2018, at that moment there was no bar from the hotel on the beach. As the guides told us: "It's not the season yet! " Although from other hotels the bars worked fully.
Nutrition. Well, there is nothing special to say, because. there was no variety of food. Eggs for breakfast, pasta for lunch, rice for dinner. From fruits - apples and bitter pears. The dishes are very dirty, all the plates are dirty and greasy, the cutlery is poorly washed. On the floor in the dining room (you can’t call it a restaurant) water is constantly spilled and very slippery. We mostly ate at a cafe near the hotel.

Cleaning. The maid cleaned the room every day. Well, as she cleaned, she made the bed and wiped the passages with a damp cloth. Towels were changed only if they were left crumpled in a pile and a tip was placed on top. But even supposedly clean towels were in disastrous condition, with holes and stains. The shower and toilet were not cleaned. From disposable cosmetics only shampoo and hair conditioner.
The territory of the hotel and animation. The area is very small and boring. There is only one swing for children and it is always busy. The pool has two slides that are often turned off. Apparently they save electricity. Animators worked for C grade, like sleepy flies. Evening fire show was boring and not organized. Internet. On all sites, the hotel writes about free wi-fi. Yes, indeed, it is free, but only the first 150 MB and only in the lobby. It seems that the price is acceptable compared to mobile Internet in roaming, but why then promise free wi-fi to vacationers ? ! In general, we paid for the Internet, but the coverage area increased only to the pool. There was no internet in the room on the second floor. Although we were assured that paid wi-fi works fine throughout the entire hotel. The promises were not fulfilled.
Service. As already mentioned above, the hotel staff is not particularly polite and friendly. In the evening, before leaving, we went to the bar to get bottled water, which we were refused. Because the bar counters are served by Turks who do not know either English or Russian, I had to go back to the reception with questions. There, some guy of Slavic appearance explained to us that water is issued once (in the morning) in the amount of 1 bottle. with a volume of 0.5 liters per person per day, as well as when leaving the hotel. And in the evening they do not give water. At the same time, he boorishly replied that this was the concept of the hotel, which we were given at the entrance. Yes, we were given printed paper, but all the information was in Turkish. By the way, when we received it on the first day, I asked if there was any other option, at least in English, to which I was told: "No! " Once again, having quarreled, they still gave us warm water. Apparently, they took pity on the girl in position (I was 7 months pregnant). Maybe that saved me : )
