we arrived late in the evening (a separate "thank you" to the tour operator TUI for the fact that out of the seven paid days we rested only 5 days). We were told that there were some problems in our hotel and we would be temporarily accommodated in another one, but they would pick us up early in the morning and transfer us to our hotel. They assured me that they would be seated immediately in the morning. The temporary hotel was terrible, I can't find decent words. Our request for dinner was granted, but the food was heavily spiced, the child did not eat. In the morning a car really came and took us and our comrades in misfortune. This completed the fulfillment of obligations. Upon arrival, we were told that they could not accommodate us, there was no room. After not a big scandal, we were settled in uncleaned rooms, assuring that they would be removed in the near future. We checked in around 9 in the morning, the room was cleaned after 12. Towels were given out only after three in the afternoon.
About food. Lots of greens and salads. There is trouble with meat (a lot of spices, only minced meat in different variations), they ate only chicken. The children's menu is missing as a class. It was difficult for the child to choose food. Soups is a song, and a nightmare. Soup of one kind, taste is so-so. Other vacationers generously sprinkled them with pepper and spices so that they could eat. Often there were not enough mugs for tea. used paper cups. Desserts are an amateur, I only ate what looked like a biscuit. From fruits: apples, tangerines, grapefruit, pears (completely untrustworthy), very tasty grapes.
We swam in the pool 1 time, then something happened to the sewerage and it was impossible to swim.

The pool bar only offered beer and gin. Food (biscuits, biscuits, hamburgers) was open and it was offered to pick it up, there were no plates, even plastic ones. On the first day there were tablecloths on the tables. Creepy, dirty, burnt. Then they were removed and it became clear that the tables were even worse.
Animation for children consisted of 3-4 songs. Adult - a couple of competitions and music.
Drinks on the beach - juice, water, coffee. The beach is cramped, only large debris is removed. One day the awnings were removed from the sun, the mounting clamps were cut off and they were lying on the sand.
The only plus is the SEA. Really close, few stones.
