So, the hotel with the pompous name Royal Rose. From the royal rose there is one name! We also bought into the travel agent's accolades without looking at the reviews. And when they looked, it was already too late to change something-(((However, having decided that where ours didn’t disappear, since there was experience in two-star hotels in Goa, we decided to take a chance, especially since there was no choice anyway-(( (The first and not the saddest mistake is when this hotel is placed in the village of Incekum. In fact, it is very, very far from Incekum with its famous beach. And this hotel is located in the village of Turkler. After reading the reviews, we decided to immediately agree to a hammam offered by Zephyr-))) Moreover, this is probably the only positive point in this hotel. Hamam is really decent! Since we agreed to it right away, we had no problems with checking in. The room was quite decent. True, with there were problems with plumbing, but they were quickly eliminated. One of the main problems of this hotel is a lack of staff. Turks work there only in the hammam. The rest of the staff come from the former Soviet republics. Including the well-known Zephyr. It seems that he is a native of native of Kazakhstan. He behaves, at least, almost like the owner of the hotel, in any case, by the time a new batch of guests arrives, he is right there-))) Cleaning Gulya (by the way, as far as we noticed, she is there alone on all floors-((( he only manages to carry toilet paper, water and sometimes give out clean linen.
Dining room. It’s impossible to call this place a restaurant-(((Everything that was written here, from dirty dishes to a lack of cutlery and places at the tables, is all true! Even the hamam workers themselves complained that they were squeamish about eating in this dirty canteen. From the staff, a married couple (by the way, very friendly and brightening up the negative of this hotel) and a guy who pours drinks at the bar counter and washes the floor right there - (((The owner of all this disgrace sits right there, with his family - son and daughter-(((I don’t know much about the nationalities of Turkey, but it seemed to me that he was a Kurd. Food. For breakfast, an omelette is fried with traditional additives - cheese, tomatoes, sausage. Sometimes pancakes. There are breakfast cereals, as well as cheese, sausage, olives, in general, the usual breakfast for resort places. The only significant minus of this hotel is no baking! Actually-(((There are some lonely cookies and waffles in the vases-(((
As for dinner, there’s even nothing to remember here - no one died of hunger, but nothing was especially remembered. Vegetables in various forms, meat is mainly soy, bony fish, fruits - oranges, delicious -))) Yes, there were also delicious soups - both like mashed potatoes and like our borscht -))) From drinks - NOTHING - (( (I can’t say anything about alcoholic drinks, because I don’t drink, but whoever tried it, I’m not happy. But as for juices and carbonated drinks, it’s a complete disaster-(((The device with drinks constantly broke down, no one was going to fix it. The owner, sitting right there in the restaurant, calmly looked at how people almost fought at the beginning of the meal over dishes, forks, spoons, places at the tables. The unsanitary conditions are terrible!

Now about dinner. For dinner, something was always fried on the street - either fish, or chicken, sometimes pancakes. Everything else - as usual - vegetables, side dishes, soups. Tea and coffee - almost always (if the coffee machine does not break-(((
Now a little about the beach and the sea. The beach is small, the sunbeds are broken and old, they stand right next to each other. But the entry into the sea is sandy, gentle, the sea is clean.
The hotel has only one animator for everything - for water aerobics, and for evening shows, for children and adults. The rest of the time he walks barefoot between tables and hits on girls. I can’t say anything about the evening shows, because we spent time outside the hotel-)))
As for excursions, I can only say that do not buy into the horror stories of your guides, because the main thing for them is to sell excursions at a higher price and intimidate you, that if you go from street travel agencies, then that's it, insurance does not work, they will steal you there, bring you in, etc. . d. Of course, it doesn't have to be once in a while. Sometimes an excursion from a tour operator for big money brings some disappointment, but from street ones it turns out to be unforgettable. The only thing that can be advised is that it is better to take historical excursions from a tour operator, since they have more Russian-speaking guides and more reliable transport.
Hamam. Indeed, the hammam deserves kind words. You immediately take the whole package for $ 25 - this is a sauna, a Russian bath, a hammam, massage, all kinds of masks. Then you can use the hammam for free during the whole time. The masseurs are very good and the prices are very reasonable.

Shopping is an important part of a resort holiday. There are many shops and several shopping centers in Turkler, as well as in neighboring Avsallar. However, the most exciting event is the bazaar, which comes to Turkler on Sunday, and to Avsallar on Wednesday. There are also bazaars in Alanya, but you need to go there by bus. Since the merchants only come there once a week, they try to sell everything as cheaply as possible. You divide the asking price by two and you start haggling from this price. And there - how lucky -))) You will get unforgettable impressions -))) There are also pickup trucks where everyone sells for $ 3. If you dig around, you might find something worthwhile.
To sum up, everything that was written by previous authors about this hotel is true! And whoever writes more or less positive reviews - either promotes the hotel, or has never been abroad in decent hotels. The feeling of "scoop" was constant, especially since during our stay there, 95% came from Russia and fraternal republics. Probably, therefore, their attitude was appropriate.
