We chose this hotel, because we read a large number of positive reviews, and we were looking for a hotel +18 for relaxation.

Let's start with the fact that Russian tour operators list Numu as a 5 star hotel on Booking and other sites - 4 stars.

The hotel itself is generally unmarked, it does not have a single star.

Now about the hotel itself.

The first impression of the hotel spoiled the settlement. We arrived at the hotel very early at 6.30. in the morning, of course, we were not settled, because according to the rules, check-in is at 14.00. In hotels where they respect their guests, they try to check in earlier, but not in Nume and not Russian tourists. (while we were waiting for check-in, foreigners came, registered and went to check in, without waiting at all for 14.00. (we saw it, because we were sitting in the lobby, it was unpleasant)

Exactly at 14.00.

we were called to the reception desk (by the way, an unpleasant person named Elena, if you saw how her face changes when she communicates with foreigners, but the courtesy mask flies completely with Russian-speaking guests))

We selected the hotel carefully, we knew the square of the room, how the room looks from the inside, what kind of balcony, etc.

And here it is the long-awaited moment, we go into the room and ...... , to say that we were stunned is to say nothing. The room was smaller than what was paid and expected, there was a smaller bath and there was even nowhere to put personal belongings, and the balcony is just a mockery, it’s crowded for two (this is room 427, above it is the same room at the very end of the corridor, these are two rooms with a sea view smaller square and with balconies meter by meter) And let the hotel employee (who will respond to my review) only object that the rooms are all the same, then a tape measure will help.
I allow you to live in this room alone, but the two of you can’t turn around there, by the way, the bed was smaller.

Only the Russians could put such a pig, hoping that they were patient, who would do well anyway, or there was nothing to compare with those who were in Turkey for the first time, and they didn’t study the hotel before the trip.

Naturally, in a semi-shock state, we headed back towards Elena the “beautiful”. Since the room was at the very end of the corridor, we saw what normal rooms look like, since the doors of the rooms were open, and by the way, rooms 3-4 were free. Naturally, the dialogue at the reception turned out to be emotional, we immediately asked to be moved to one of the free rooms that we saw, but the “beautiful” one said that we had to wait for the manager, that she did not decide where to check in and move the hotel guests. (I think that she lied in order to mock, since they turned out not to be patient, but came with claims)
We returned to the room again, the mood was 0, and we had not slept for a day and a half at that time.

After 30 minutes, we returned to the reception again, there was already a manager, apparently the “beautiful” one had already outlined the situation to her and we were promised to resolve the issue the next day. We again asked why not now, because there are free rooms and not one, we did not hear an intelligible answer.

I don't know why the hotel makes anti-advertising for itself, because this whole situation is nothing but a mockery. What was the problem with not relocating right away?? ? We did not even use anything in the room, the bed was not straightened. I am sure that the Germans or the British would not have been given such a number, and at the first request they would have been replaced immediately.

If Russians are so hated in this hotel, then there is no need to work with Russian tour operators, because until recently, the hotel was focused only on foreign guests.
Moreover, the biased attitude towards Russians, as second-class people, was felt not only from the manager and the “beautiful” (more on that below), although the fish rots from the head.

As a result, the number was changed, although not immediately, I had to run several times to the reception and wait almost until lunch.

Naturally, the sediment remained from such a “welcome meeting”.

Now about the hotel.

Rooms: quite comfortable, there is nothing to complain about, the only thing is our only one channel on TV.

Cleaning: everything is ambiguous, if you give a tip, they will clean it up well, they even wound up swans once. And so, they will forget drinking water, then they will give 1 towel instead of two, then they will not take out the garbage, then they will come with cleaning when you want to take a nap after dinner. In general, for cleaning 4-.

Beach: Mdaaaa, one of the weaknesses of the hotel.

There are no awnings, only umbrellas and some worn-out ones. The good thing about awnings is that you can take air baths under them without fear of burning out, but with umbrellas you won’t be able to burn yourself.
The sunbeds are so close to each other that if a person lies nearby, you can hear his breathing, you honor his smell, which is not always pleasant. In general, there is no comfort zone on the beach, people lie like herrings in a jar.

There is no entrance to the sea, it is better to enter from the side of the neighboring hotel, there are fewer large pebbles. I want to warn you! Examine the bottom, because at the bottom and at a shallow depth there are a lot of huge stones, about which people injured their legs.

By the way, the water was with garbage for two weeks only a couple of times, and the sea was wonderful. And yes, as in many places in Turkey there are biting, nasty fish.

Of the benefits: bars are close (in the bar of drinks only coffee, beer and two types of juice) There is an employee on the beach who looks after the order, there is a shower and a foot wash. A little higher is another bar, where the assortment is more diverse and you can have a bite to eat.

Here is another example of a biased attitude towards Russians. The bartender delivers drinks on the beach and takes away dirty glasses.
If he takes the dishes, for example, from an English pensioner, then he will definitely ask “Something else? ”, and if he takes it from the Russians, then he takes it silently. (just don’t convince me otherwise, we observed a similar picture for 2 weeks) For all the time, the bartender offered to bring something a couple of times, and even then because I raised my head when the bartender approached the head of the sunbed.

Meals: Quite at a good level, everything was meat, fish, fruits, vegetables, snacks, desserts. Everything is delicious, there were no disorders of the gastrointestinal tract. The only thing is that you can change the breakfast. For food and its quality, you can safely put 4+

I would like to separately express my gratitude to the waiter Malekh - he is always positive, friendly, attentive. It is Malekh that the hotel can be proud of, a true professional in his field. There is much to learn from him, especially those who deliberately ignore Russian-speaking guests in a restaurant. And further.
Why does the hotel management put their employees to meet guests before dinner? Only one employee showed attention to incoming people (unfortunately, I don’t know his name), the rest either stared at the phone or stood with such faces as if they were meeting a funeral procession. The hotel should think about changing the HR manager.

Bars: The hotel has three bars (on the beach, by the pool and a lobby bar). We drank mostly cocktails and beer, but I want to focus on cocktails.
There is a map of cocktails, but when you order a cocktail, you name it, they pour you a maximum of three out of 5-6 ingredients, you get an incomprehensible substance that has nothing to do with the declared cocktail, but that's not so bad, then something starts (I have not seen this in any hotel ) instead of a shaker, the bartender covers the cocktail glass with paper cups and shakes this substance.

Lord! Well, this is really crazy! Bartenders are apparently too lazy to wash shakers or what?
The hotel has only two hundred rooms, last year I was in a hotel where there were 600 rooms and in all the bars I mixed cocktails only with shakers.
Of course, a disgrace, it would be better if they didn’t make cocktails at all, than anyhow.

Then all the glasses with condensate, there are no coasters for glasses or napkins on the tables, everything drips on clothes, there is little pleasant.

Now we will talk about two waiters, whose arrogance and undisguised hostility towards guests from Russia was most pronounced. Their names were Bover and Botan, if the first one could, for example, simply ignore that your glass is empty, walk past, turning away on purpose, so that he would not be asked to bring something (but for the Germans and the British, he tried very hard, ran with orders, as usual ), because all these things can be seen with the naked eye and I don’t find fault at all (just a very observant person).
That second one behaved extremely ugly, when he was asked to bring drinks in one of the bars, God, he was already skewed, he did not even hide his anger and irritation. Again, the fish rots from the head. Fire the HR manager along with these lazy boors.

Above, I wrote that I was in a hotel with 600 rooms, so there the waiters ran like ants, it is very rare for someone to make an order at the bar, the waiters had time to serve everyone, but here there was always a queue at the bar, i. e. j. the waiters did not want to fully fulfill their professional duties.

But I also want to express my gratitude to the wonderful waitress Marve, she is a ray of sunshine in the dark kingdom, kind and smiling. And I also want to thank the two receptionists, they worked in the evenings - a girl and a young man, and both wear glasses (sorry, I don’t remember the names)
Entertainment: There was live music in the evenings, but the groups were repeated, respectively, and the repertoire, you can listen once, and then it's not interesting.
Contingent; Out of 100.90% foreigners, the rest is Russian-speaking audience. The hotel has as many young couples, companies as well as older people.

The hotel is clean, quiet, the area is not big.

Of course, the hotel does not correspond to 5 stars, but a good 4.

If you have been in budget-level fives, then you will like Numa, and if you are used to hotels of a higher level, then perhaps the hotel will not suit you.
