Initially, I will make a reservation that for me personally, Turkey and all its people have never seduced me. But summer came and the choice arose where to relax. The plans were for the Crimea. But after the impressions of friends and acquaintances and just reviews on the internet, I decided to abandon domestic recreation. Including from the Krasnodar Territory and other "Gelendzhik" delights. The type of the Dominican Republic and other distant countries also had to be abandoned because of the age of a small child (1 year old). Don't risk long flights. Turkey remains. Never been there. Decided. And that's what they named.
First, they made a mistake when buying a tour. We looked at this hotel in Kemer on the website, and only after the purchase we realized that we had chosen a hotel in the wrong city.
I'll start with accommodation. We arrived closer to midnight. We met neutrally. No hugs or champagne. Although, then I saw that others were met that way. Well, apparently the staff was not in the mood or awake. Maybe because of us alone, they considered it superfluous to dirty the wine glasses... We'll survive somehow. Small but minus.

Settled on the -1 floor (reception on the 0th floor). The room is spacious, no complaints. 4 beds, sofa, armchair. Balcony - a closed space with a glass roof on top, i. e. below the ground level. Upset. I wanted to change the number, but later they did not change. They offered to change to the upper floors with a sea view with a surcharge of $ 7 per day. Like little money. But with a small child, they did not take risks. Music, noise. A child needs to sleep during the day. Then they did not regret that they did not change. No surcharge - on the upper floors, but overlooking the road. Nothing good either. Noise from the road.
Bathroom - there are claims. The faucet in the sink was leaking. There was a leak from under the tub when you took a shower. Well, about the black fungus in the joints of the bathroom - they write about it everywhere. I don't even post pictures. Fungus is fungus everywhere. Again small, but minus. But in general, you can endure.
After settling, from the road, we went to refresh ourselves.
At midnight, a snack bar opens for a night snack. Thought "night soup", it turned out to be a full buffet. Plus.
Cleaning. Well, they don't like to clean up. The floors were washed 3 times in 2 weeks. Shampoos and the rest are replenished only when you ask. He forced the floors to be washed 2 times. Smear dirt on the floor and everything. About what to wipe under the beds - there is no talk about this. The only time they did a quality cleaning with washing the toilet bowl, sinks. Asking for $? You have to deserve it. Instead of I for $ should deserve cleaning. He gave me a "tea" only for more or less high-quality cleaning.
Territory. She just doesn't exist. In the evening, you can only walk along the -3rd floor. Cafes, bars, children's playgrounds and attractions.
Beach. Too small for such a hotel. Length 60-70 m. Small pebbles. Entry into the sea without much trouble. No reefs or sharp rocks. On the 2nd day the sea was very dirty. Down to floating feces and contraceptives, an oily film, which at first was mistaken for algae. It looks like a garbage truck has been dumped. And so 3 times, every other day. Then, until the end of the rest, the water was clear. Apparently, at the beginning of the holiday, they got into some kind of action - "swim in extreme sports with garbage and survive. "
There is a pier. there the water is clean. But you can't buy with a small child. Entrance to the sea on the stairs and immediately the depth.

There were no problems with sunbeds. But this moronic habit of taking sunbeds by throwing things in there infuriated me. They never did it themselves. But it happened that you lie all day, towels are nearby on the sunbeds, things are lying. And no one shows up during the day.
Nutrition. The main "restaurant". Just a lot and plentiful. But mostly not tasty. It seems (and most likely the way it is) that most of the dishes are processed before not eaten. Many types of cheeses, salads, herbs, tomatoes, cucumbers, yoghurts, compotes. Tea, coffee, drinks. From fruits - apples, watermelon, melon. Pears, peaches, plums, nectarines, bananas, or tough, underripe or on the verge of spoilage. Loved the cherry tomatoes. 2-4 types of soups. After trying a lot, I settled on what is cooked right in front of you. From meat - veal, beef, lamb, poultry - chicken, turkey. Fried, stewed, boiled, grilled. Fish - fried, stewed. There was never seafood.
Desserts are plentiful and beautiful, but not tasty. I didn’t eat it myself, but my wife and eldest daughter were not enthusiastic about this business.
The staff who serve the food are wearing gloves. I don’t know if you consider this to be nitpicking, but when I saw how one such worker picked his nose, and then applied food with this hand... Well, maybe he has complete sterility in his nose... And he has a license for this.
Cleanliness of dishes is also far from ideal. Occurs with adhering food residues. Almost all plates with a slight coating of fat.
Move on. In addition to the main restaurant - snacks in a pizzeria, sushi, pasta, ice cream. We didn't go to a la carte restaurants. I suspect that there is food from the "common" kitchen (such an experience was in the Dominican Republic). For $10 per person
Drinking is quite bearable. Everything is local. They said that somewhere there is imported alcohol. But he didn't run after it. I liked the local dry red wine.
In bars and vending machines, drinks like cola, orange and sprite are noticeably diluted.
The shawarma on the pier is tasteless. Dry and little toppings.
A big plus - there are refrigerated cabinets with water on every corner. On the pier - with ayran.

Of the very big cons. They smoke a lot and everywhere. And they do not pay attention to the fact that you are sitting with a small child and the smoke goes to him. I smoke myself. But he always stepped aside so that the smoke would not bother anyone. Again minus.
Animation - in the afternoon by turns at the pool, on the beach, on the pier. In the evening, a children's performance, later for adults - in the amphitheater.
There is a gym. But there it is necessary to take some separate card in the registry. For 2 weeks, I only saw one person practicing.
And the biggest downside. This is the attitude of local staff towards the Russians. Well, they don't like us. In the registry, one Russian-speaking aunt works.
He speaks through his teeth. With obvious dislike. Moreover, when her own people come up, she almost spreads along the counter like a jellyfish. It's like a person has been changed. Unpleasant.
The next bad moment. Let's go to a pizzeria. All places are occupied. We sat down at a table that had just been vacated. We sit and wait for the table to be cleared. Get out. Partially. Until he poked his nose in order to completely remove and wipe the table. Made an order. We wait. 40 minutes passed. Heat, closeness. We sweat afterwards. Around the tables, the locals have already changed 2-3 times. The little daughter has already begun to act up. As a result, enraged, swearing, he took his family out of there.
Further. Went to an ice cream parlor. I ordered coffee. I'm waiting. The locals came up. First served them and then condescended to me.

Departure. We were supposed to be picked up from the hotel at 5:45. Waited 40 min. There is no bus. Went to the register. The admin contacted someone, brought a printout - the departure time was postponed. Bus at 8.10. Subsequently, on the bus, I asked the guide about it. She said she had alerted all the hotel guides. And they, in turn, had to warn their "wards". What our hotel guide Bahadir (again a local, but a representative of the Intourist operator) did not deign to inform us about. Although he had all my contacts. Looks like he slept well. Or petty revenge for the fact that we did not go to buy furs and leather on his "tip". Or we could sleep an extra 2.5 hours and not get up at 4.30 in the morning. Again, a big minus.
Some may consider it all petty nit-picking. But for the money they seemed to me not so small.
A voucher for 14 nights cost 320 tr. 2 adults and 2 children (14 l and 1 year old).
I won't go to this "service" for that kind of money. I looked at the month of October to this hotel for a trip with such a composition - 160 tr.
I don’t care about the money spent, but not at such a boorish attitude towards me and my family for my own money.
I liked their attitude towards their own people and their country.
But one must also respect those who bring money to their budget. . . At least not to show obvious disdain for the Russians. For other guests (not Russians) of their country, their respect is also at the level.
We need to take an example from them. And then we have the opposite. If a foreigner, they turn their fur inside. On their own shit. What kind of a country is this. . .
A very big plus. There was no our red-faced drunk cattle. The main contingent is local. Few Arabs, met Armenians, Belarusians, Ukrainians. At first, there were practically no Russians. Toward the end of our holiday, the Russian contingent increased significantly.
In general, the hotel can be put 4 * with a minus, but not 5 *.
Will I go again?
In particular to this hotel - a firm NO!
And to Turkey in general is also unlikely.
And just because of their relationship.
