Average Turkish 4k. General characteristics of the hotel: more suitable for youth holidays without children, quite noisy and large. The contingent is 65% Germans and 35% Russians (unfortunately, in 2 weeks they faced a very large amount of bydlotstvo from this particular unit). Rooms. Clean, new, but there are very unfortunate locations. It is definitely better to take a see view in this hotel. In the lands on the 2nd and 3rd floors in the left (from the entrance) wing, the windows overlook a series of industrial air conditioners, the noise is unbearable, it is impossible to open the balcony for ventilation, plus the noise of the highway. On the 5th floor there are very big problems with Wi-Fi. The minibar has a very poor set of drinks, only 1 small pack of juice and local soda. All plumbing worked well. With the air conditioner, the problem is in control - the temperature sensor did not work for us to maintain and it simply turned off after working for 30 minutes. But in May it is not hot at night. The rooms have 3 sockets, if someone has both a phone and a laptop, it is better to take an extension cord. From the bathroom set of cosmetics per person per day (standard small bottles): shampoo, conditioner, soap, shower cap, cotton pads and ear sticks. There is no shower gel.
Territory and service. The level of staff at the reception is one of the lowest I have ever met. I only speak polite English, but they pretend they don't understand much English either. In general, the benefit of communication was limited to a couple of three times. There are no separate cards for electricity, you have to beg for additional keys. Another such feature: Wi-Fi works with passwords, you can take them at the reception, but one password works for 1 device. We took 3 passwords per number, at first they grimaced, but they gave. The entire territory is practically concreted, there is really little greenery, the beach consists of sunbeds on the pier, but what is good is that there is an entry into the sea from the shore and it is quite convenient. I really liked the sea here, not dirty, pretty warm. The pool is very large, but the depth is 1.4 m everywhere. Separately, there is a children's pool, a jacuzzi and slides. Sunbeds on the pool are occupied from 7 am. Sunbeds on the beach are free. There is a playground, courts, a decent gym. The spa area is so-so, a full hammam costs 50 dollars, but it is weak, without mud and soy rooms, without a good preliminary steam room.

Nutrition. I have no complaints. The choice of products is large, there is lamb and turkey, very good fish almost every day. Happy ice cream, sweet donuts. A very good selection of fruits, there were strawberries and plums, there are always fruit salads. I really liked the choice for breakfast: in addition to standard cereals, there are also a bunch of types of dried fruits (dried apricots, figs, quince), nuts, halva, waffles, canned compotes. Drinks are worse. The hotel has UAIL status, but there are no imported drinks here. For this hotel, it's just a set of letters to increase the value. There are no packaged juices, all "yupi". Brewed coffee for extra money. Waiter service is very average. In a restaurant, I often had to find a waiter on my own and ask him to come to the table. The attitude towards Russian speakers is very spoiled.
Entertainment. Animation team of 10 people. If there is a desire to participate in daytime activities, then it is quite normal. In the evening there are daily standard shows, but the humor is very primitive. There are discos in the hotel, but almost every evening the animation team collects a disco bus for visiting discos ($15 each).
Overall impression: average hotel. If you go in a good mood and do not find fault, then everything is OK! I do not advise you to go with small children, there is little space for walking with strollers, there is no shade from the trees and it is very noisy.
