We rested at the beginning of August 2017. The flight was normal. Transfer Coral - a separate song, the guide said that Incekum Beach Resort will be the penultimate hotel. Here we go, we go, it's already dark, the time is 20.00. We understand that something is not right. It turns out that the driver allegedly changed the route himself and went to another hotel, which was located farther than Incekum....he dragged us for 40 minutes, then they still stood there while tourists settled. And only then we turned around and went to Incekum. In short, something is wrong with Coral, the guide-girl from “I don’t remember where” doesn’t really explain anything, about hotels there’s no boom-boom at all... We drive, we stop by the road, they tell us - Get out. Right on the side of the road, this tower sticks out at the hotel only, it resembles a fire bell tower. Opposite, on the other hand, is a minaret with illumination. And it's completely dark. Well, we got out, our suitcase was pulled out of the bus, and the driver took us in a roundabout way to the hotel. Shocked curtain! So that the bus stops at the curb and the tourists themselves flock to the hotel? But this is a question for the tour operator CORAL. Let's go back to the hotel.
We arrive at the reception, they put us in a room 27XX. They give out a KEY with a BLUE, a plan of the hotel and maps for towels. I look at the map of the hotel and understand that the buildings where they put us are NOT on the map! I ask in broken English - Like, show me on the map where the number is. The manager blinks his eyes, pretends to blink for 10 minutes....And the time, by the way, is almost 21. How would you like to drink and eat after a day of travel. A porter comes running, mutters in a mixture of English and Russian - go to the restaurant, otherwise it will close, leave the suitcases here for now. Well, we dazedly galloped in the dark to look for food. Ate. They didn’t understand anything, but they ate something, the restaurant was already closing. We come for the suitcases, we follow the room. Dark! Yes, and the territory is large in the dark even more it seems. We approach the "number" means. AND DRUM ROLL! One-story barn with four rooms. Well, I think maybe all the buildings here are like that. Inside is full of tin. In short, these numbers are ECONOMY. And the STANDARD room was booked and confirmed! The ECONOMY room was cheaper, and as Coral assured me, it’s better to pay in Moscow, otherwise they will settle on the first floor, and so on. But there was not even the first floor, it was real -OPA. The room is 10 meters, and there is also a bathroom. The closet does not open because there is a cabinet. You can’t plug the charger into the outlet because there is a cabinet. The floor is kind of sticky, disgusting horror. In general, we decided to spend the night in this room and in the morning go poke a voucher and insist on relocation. I will not describe the stages of resettlement... we looked at 3 rooms, then somehow chose, settled.
Now briefly about everything else:

Restaurant: lines on the street 5-8 meters long for a piece of chicken. Everything is fried in black pans with rancid butter. The air conditioners don't work. There are not enough tables 15 minutes after the start of breakfast/lunch/dinner. Appliances are also lacking. There are dirty glasses and plates. Vegetables in the ground, unwashed at all?? ? Snacks and salads are better not to eat, they even manage to spoil a vegetable salad: tomatoes / cucumbers, everything is covered with vinegar and it’s still unclear what.
Waffles and potatoes near the beach: waffles are baked on 2 forms, 10 minutes each, a line for at least half an hour. The same with potatoes.
Shower and toilet on the beach: dirty, old plumbing.
Bars: queue EVERYWHERE!
Animation Entertainment: during the day there is almost no animation, something happened in the pool periodically. Show in the evening: everything is the same every evening in turn: acrobats, dancing. Mister and Miss of the hotel, well, this is when tourists amuse themselves, the hotel administration does not invest anything in this. There are no discos.
Beach: THREE BEACHES + descent into the sea along the stairs. Only on one beach (from the ala carte side) you can normally go into the water. The rest are sharp rocks. The sunbeds are all old, no mattresses.
A la carte: at the meeting they said that the entry for 1 one. In fact: they wrote it down in 5 days, and then after the request, since the day of departure was already the next. By the way, the restaurant was full of free tables that were never occupied. We sat there for over an hour. The room is very stuffy, there are no air conditioners, open windows do not help. Treat - something terrible, soup, snacks, some kind of meat and fried lard, old baklava. You can eat only soup, everything else is not recommended.
WI FI: works only at the reception, there are few sofas and armchairs, people stand, sit on the steps, there are a lot of people - routers can't cope, the speed is the lowest.
In general, the curtain... Complete disappointment, the money is rather big, there were many places in Turkey, the positive aspects always outweighed the insignificant disadvantages. But this hotel sucks.
Do not under any circumstances go here! 5 *, the first coastal, large territory - this is all a myth, for which an overpayment. Don't believe the photo! Already cheaper and quieter hotel within the boundaries of Alanya and the beach across the road, but cheaper by 30-40%! At least you know what you're getting into.
