Two families flew on vacation: me, my husband, my daughter and my husband's parents. Hotel Oz Sui was chosen because of the view, we liked it very much from the photos. Before departure, we knew that the hotel was not on the first line and that there were pebbles on the beach.
Basically, we liked everything. The hotel is as beautiful as in the photo.
Check-in at the hotel at 14.00. If you arrive earlier, you can check in, get your wristbands, leave your luggage and relax at the hotel and use all the services. We were also offered early check-in for a fee, but we refused. We arrived at the hotel by 11 o'clock in the afternoon and the parents were already settled by 12.00. My husband and daughter and I went to the pool and rested right up to 16.00, so we settled in when we ourselves wanted it.

The rooms are cozy and comfortable, everything you need is in the rooms. There were some nuances, but it was already the fault of the vacationers themselves (a hole in the wall, it can be seen that it was made with a fist; a torn plinth). Detergents were added every day, towels were also changed, the bed was changed three times a week. A large bottle of water was added to the refrigerator every day. Cleaned up every day. TV with Russian channels. Wi-Fi throughout the hotel and in the rooms was excellent. The hotel area is small, but there is a swimming pool with three slides, children's rooms, a playground and a park area for animation with a stage.
The food, in principle, was normal, you definitely will not stay hungry. Meat: chicken, turkey, lamb, beef - for lunch and dinner in the range of dishes (but almost every day is monotonous). For breakfast, meat dishes were mainly sausages and sausage. Twice a week there were fish days (shrimps, mussels, tuna, red fish, squid), but on other days there was always fish both grilled and marinated. Various salads, sauces, appetizers, soups, rolls, flatbreads, many types of cheeses. even once there were dumplings. Very tasty pastries, especially the baklava was delicious. Of the fruits were: watermelon, melons, apples, pears, plums, grapes and once figs.
On the beach, a bar with drinks, in my opinion, from 10.00 to 17.00 and a snack: burgers, pizza and shawarma from 12.00 to 16.00. They also have fruit and ice cream. If you're on the beach all day, you won't go hungry.
Near the pool there is also a bar with drinks, food, ice cream and cakes.
The entire beach is divided into zones from hotels, but you can move freely. On the beach, the pebbles are small, the entry into the sea is normal. The sea was clean and warm. A couple of days it was stormy and nailed a little mud, but everything is fine. On the beach you can order different types of water activities.
The descent to the beach from the hotel is steep, 5-10 minutes walk. But every 10 minutes from the hotel there is a bus from 8.00 to 18.00. There were no problems getting to the beach. On the last day of rest, we got up at five in the morning and walked to the beach on foot and were delighted. When descending, a very beautiful view opens up. During the day it is difficult to do because of the intense heat.
Sunbeds on the beach are free, towels were issued every day at the hotel according to the cards and the number of vacationers.

Every day there were water and other entertainments and competitions near the pool. In the evening, a children's mini-club and concerts. The schedule of all entertainment was posted every day in the elevator. It wasn't boring. Three times for the rest, the animators offered a trip to a disco in Side. Departure at 22.30 and around 3 am back.
The entire staff is smiling, good-natured and friendly, the service is excellent, the animators are great!
Our representative of the tour operator PEGAS came once to tell about the stay at the hotel and excursions. She didn't give me any specific suggestions, just "offered" excursions. Took a free ride to Alanya mall - nothing to do there.
Representatives of other tour operators wasted no time and constantly attacked us with their proposals. Particularly intrusive were two women, hotel employees (I don’t remember the names, two blondes in their 40s and 50s), who offered a trip for the skin and were so sweet and smiling until we refused. Then they even turned away and did not say hello - that was a real kindergarten : ).
The nearest city is Alanya, about 30 km. In the village there is a market, the distance from the hotel is up to 1 km. Behind the hotel fence is an outlet store.
During the rest there were some shortcomings, but they are not significant. We came to rest and had a great time, no one wanted to leave. But for young people, it may be boring. To me, this is more of a family run hotel.
Everything was amazing! Thanks for the rest!
