We stayed in Insula with two families with small children (3 and 4 years old). We were very pleased, although there are some disadvantages.
At first I was very unhappy with the number. We used to have a rest in a 4-star hotel in Turkey, but I have never seen such a small room, the room is very small, there is everything you need, there is a separate bed for a child, quite clean, but little space. I really wanted a view of the sea or the pool, but as soon as we asked at the reception, no matter what money was offered, they said that there was nothing free. So they had a view of the street, palm trees and a small piece of sea far away. The bathroom is large, but the bathroom is already a little visible mold. It has already been written that there are no shampoos, from the set of cosmetics only liquid soap, cotton pads and cotton swabs, a hat for the soul. And when it ended - did not replenish. No slippers or bathrobes. This is great for a 5 star hotel.
But these are the only small disadvantages of this hotel, everything else is PERFECT! ! ! !!
Animators are just gorgeous, there are no words to describe them, well done, we miss them very much. The cuisine is great, a lot of food, variety, little fruit, but there were apples, oranges, apricots, plums, watermelons, melons. All other food is very tasty, fresh, there is a lot for children, well, nothing to complain about. The staff is friendly, no complaints, everyone does their job well. Quite a lot - in the restaurant, on the hotel, by the pool, every leaf is removed, everything is washed. when we went there one day, the room did not matter, we just did not go there))) there is clearly a bet not on the number, with such animators it does not matter) well, the beach is clean, but not enough sunbeds, it is necessary to occupy in the morning, near the pool we always found a place, although also clogged. And from the beach - after breakfast or the last row of some 2 pieces.
I would also like to draw your attention to the fact that Club Insula and Insula Resort and Spa are different hotels, we were in Club Insula. This is so that no one is confused.
Thus, the first bad impression turned into a chic holiday and complete satisfaction. We will come to Insula more than once!
