We rested at the Club Insula hotel from July 5 to July 18.2010. I really liked the hotel itself, the atmosphere that prevails in it, and the organization of recreation! The hotel fully justifies its five stars. Let's talk about everything in detail.
The territory of the hotel.
The territory is small, but quite sufficient for a comfortable pastime. It seemed that every inch of land was subordinated to its own special purpose - a huge tree, in the shade of which a mini-club for children was organized, instead of a traditional fence - flowers and climbing plants blocking the not quite nice views of the road and passing cars.
Rooms.

We got a room in the attic, on the 6th floor, we did not make any additional payments. The view from the room is wonderful, on the sea! There was no loud music, no noise when the balcony was closed. The air conditioning in the room was individual and worked well. The room is cozy, clean, everything is renovated (furniture, plumbing). Room cleaning was good every day, towels were changed every day whether we threw them on the floor or not. There were enough hangers in the cabinets, even those brought with them were not needed. Safe in the room is free. The minibar was replenished every day - cola, fanta, mineral water and 2 bottles of regular drinking water. The TV was tuned to 3 Russian-language channels.
Nutrition.
The food is generally very good, varied - meat, fish, chicken, vegetables, fruits (watermelons, melons, plums, apples, oranges), the choice of cakes and pastries is simply impressive! Once a week in the hotel restaurant - Turkish night and Italian evening, the chefs prepare special dishes, very tasty! There were also a lot of drinks - maybe they were diluted, but, as my husband says, it was even better)).
Beach
The beach, of course, is small, the gaps between the rows of sunbeds are very small. At the beginning of the day, when they are still standing straight, this is still tolerable. But by 10 o'clock in the morning, many, mostly aunts of 45 years old, who wanted to expose their respective bodies to the scorching sun, began to put forward sunbeds exactly at these very intervals. And they don’t care that it’s impossible for people to either go to the sea or get back to the hotel without going around the entire row. The disadvantages include the fact that the mattresses from the sun loungers are removed by the hotel workers at night, and they begin to do this from 18.00, when there are still a lot of vacationers on the beach. Some politely ask to remove their things from the sunbed, while others do it rather rudely.
The sea is really muddy, sometimes very dirty, but on the last day of our vacation, we still enjoyed the crystal clear and clean water of Akdeniz!

Sunbeds really occupy at 6 in the morning, I did it at 8 - 8.30, no problem, there were a lot of empty seats. But if you come to the beach at 10.00, then there really are no places. The whole problem is that many people take places both on the beach and near the pool. Sometimes, after spending the whole day on the beach, you may not see those who next to you took a sun lounger. In general, the main drawback of a vacation (not even always the hotel itself) is a subjective factor! It's PEOPLE! People ruin everything. For example, one girl brazenly put her bag on my mattress, then lay down and crumpled her towel. I had to argue with her. There was also one family (mother and two nymphet daughters), all three sunbathed topless. There are many children on the beach. Maybe some preoccupied men were worried about such a spectacle, but it was unpleasant for me to look at their bodies. I think the hotel administration should have put up a sign, there are normal rules of decency, let them follow them or go to a nudist beach. Many parents did not watch their children, they run around, yell, annoy vacationers, and they are glad that they fused them for a while.
Animation.
Animation deserves individual praise and the highest! The animation team is doing their job one hundred percent, people are trying very hard. There is absolutely no time for adults and children to be bored - gymnastics, water gymnastics, aerobics, Latin dance lessons, water polo, beach volleyball, games on the beach and in the pool, darts. And what evening shows! These are just professional performances, with well-choreographed. I really liked the dance shows, competitions "Mr. Insula" and "Best Couple". The animators themselves are very pleasant, kind people, always friendly, it was even a pity to part with them, we made friends with them directly. Animation chief Nina has put together a great team, thanks to her, as well as Gio, Katya, George, Chori, Bacho and all the guys. This is not the first time we are vacationing in Turkey, we have been to different hotels and we can safely say that there was no such animation as in Insul anywhere, even in the most luxurious and expensive hotels. Guys, well done, keep it up!!!!
I don't want to leave the hotel, it's so good there. But if you still got out, then a 5-minute walk is the shopping district of the village of Konakli, a lot of shops, a boulevard along which you can walk, you can go to it through the transition and immediately near the transition they sell the freshest juice, for $ 1. It is better to take it there, and not at the hotel restaurant - there it costs $ 3.
Hotel guides - neither fish nor meat (Tez Tour). Whatever you ask, they will not say intelligibly, they only repeat the memorized phrase "Do not buy excursions on the street, only in us. " In principle, everything is wonderful in the hotel and their help was not particularly needed.
In general, the hotel is beautiful, the rest is excellent!! ! We recommend to everyone!!!! !
