We arrived at 7 am, the room was given immediately, the only thing was that there were no two standards, and we were asked to live 2 days in a family room. Well, yes, we were not offended, especially since the family room was also good - two rooms with a door, three windows, separate air conditioners, in general, everything is fine. Two days later, as promised, they gave two standards with a view of the pool, and JULIA (Tez-Tour guide) was of great help in this, for which many special thanks to her. We rested abroad for the first time and for all questions (including sometimes stupid ones), we immediately turned to YULIA. And she never dismissed us, but explained everything calmly and in detail and tried to help.
The rooms are all clean, plumbing and furniture is not broken. They cleaned well, regardless of whether they left money or not. They made swans, hearts and even some kind of check out of towels!
The territory of the hotel is clean, cozy and green. At the same time, it is compact, and this is its huge plus! We came to rest, not to go hiking Everything is nearby, children are always in sight. Our children did not get out of it, especially when they turned on the slides (every day from morning to evening, with a break for lunch). The beach is also small, but there was enough space for everyone, and sunbeds were always available, even at 10 am come, even after dinner. Maybe we were just lucky, but we always found two sunbeds nearby, and we never got up early in the morning to take them. The entrance to the sea is good, it goes downhill, without any holes and cliffs.
The food in the restaurant is delicious and varied. For 11 days we did not have time to try everything. Very tasty sweets, so that the sweet tooth will be very pleased. There were no problems with meat either: chicken, lamb, turkey, veal - everything is normal, not soy. Fish, of course, is also different. For dinner every day, always something fried on the grill. Of the fruits, there have always been watermelon, melon, plums, apples, oranges - everything is also very tasty. In general, food is in order! During breakfast-lunch-dinner the chef went out to the restaurant. It can be called one of the attractions of the hotel. A tall, handsome, prominent man, always in elegant and beautiful suits. He did not walk, but "floated" between the tables, radiating calmness and good nature. The waiters are also all friendly guys, with a sincere smile on their faces.
Be sure to visit the spa. Hamam is great! You come out of there as if you were born again. They also do a good massage in the spa center of the hotel - I especially advise - the masseur ALIPER, he is just a MAGIC. The whole team are great dancers, everyone has a great sense of humor! Everyone speaks Russian, and English, and German, and Turkish, in general, whatever you want. They entertain both children and adults from morning to evening, and in the evening they also show us some awesome show, where they light up so that it simply takes their breath away from their skill and plasticity, while they go to the disco with us twice a week, and there turn us on with their energy and charm. The team is excellent!! ! Each vacationer in the hotel can choose something according to his taste and skill (if you don’t know how, they will teach you).
The chief of the animation team is the beautiful Nina. She is an ideological inspirer, screenwriter and director. Dancer and gymnast - talented in everything!! ! Leading enchanting evening shows and performer of the main roles. How they danced with BACHO!! ! This is something!
Bacho conquered everyone with his water gymnastics. With great pleasure, vacationers at the hotel practiced in the pool, repeating various exercises after Bacho. Nobody remained indifferent! And after dinner, anyone could shoot with him from an air rifle.

Often they saw a picture of how Carmen moved around the hotel - the children did not let him pass. Those who wished to play volleyball with George (aka Goga, aka Zhora), everyone was happy and cheerful. With him, we learned to dance Latino. Explains clearly, simply, easily. Everything shows and tells. Dancing like God! He is also the captain of the WHITE team at the Olympics, in which all vacationers of the hotel participate.
And of course, our favorite is the animator CHORI. Captain of the RED team at the Olympics. You could have a little mischief with him and laugh heartily. It was he who taught us to play boccia and curling (summer version), we also played darts with him. Even the most boring and tedious games in ordinary life, with Chori, turned into a comedy and spectacular show, gathering a large number of participants and spectators. And when Chori dances, he has such plasticity that it seems that he has no bones and he himself is all made of plasticine. Very charming and funny animator.
11 days flew by like an instant! Thanks to all the hotel staff and special thanks to the ANIMators for our great vacation! I want to come back to INSULU again and again!! !
