We are in Turkey for the 4th time! We spent all three holidays in the Kemer area, and now we decided to try Alanya! Of course, compared to the nature of Kemer, Alanya is not so beautiful, but we knew about it, it didn’t upset us, we went to this hotel because of the reviews! Indeed, the hotel benefits from animation, the guys are just super, thank you very much for the time spent! The kitchen is also good, the choice is excellent, choose what you like! Almost all the staff are friendly, except for the reception, but this, in my opinion, is a disease of all hotels! Resettlement, solving some minor problems. . . My husband and I never quarrel or swear, but the hospitable "love" of the reception for Russian tourists is felt all the time! Especially a great desire to earn more money on tourists, except for tips! ! And when you ask the receptionist why he is not smiling and in no mood, he justifies himself by saying that he is tired of this work! The question is natural, why did you go to this job, where you need to smile at vacationers and solve problems ! ! Of course, there were problems with places on the beach and by the pool, you have to get up early and borrow, but this is all solved with a beach inspector for modest tips! A big plus of the hotel, which is located in the village where you can walk and shop! pulls, there were no imported drinks, and the quality of Turkish drinks leaves much to be desired! Even 4ka in Bulgaria is much cooler and more varied in cocktails and various wines, champagne, brandy, similar to cognac and vodka! You can of course close your eyes to this. But for the most part everything was great!
