The package completely disappeared from the room with all the cosmetics and first aid kit, it’s a pity there were a lot of things there. I had to go to buy brushes, paste, creams, etc. They couldn’t get anything at the reception, they just answered us there was nothing there, we didn’t see any package and didn’t take it.
We were in July, the hotel is 200% full. Crowds in the canteen, soy sliced ​ ​ food and salads floating in mayonnaise.
The linens in the room were not washed well.
In general, we scored a mountain of excursions and thus escaped. A year earlier we were in Kemer, and we really liked it there, despite the fact that we were in the 4th. And with Insula and her staff, only the impression of Turkey was spoiled.
